This was the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at. The rooms weren’t very clean and they were outdated. The mini fridge in our room made clicking noises all throughout the night. The doors to the rooms were very loud and you could hear all your neighbors going in and out all day/ night long. On day 2 we came back and our keycards no longer worked. We went to the front desk and the lady was on her phone FaceTiming someone. She did give us a new room key but did not apologize for the inconvenience and went back to her phone conversation. Room service comes every other day and there are no “do not disturb” door signs to opt out of it. We left at 545am and there were no luggage carts left to bring out items downstairs on. For the price of this hotel I expected more- I unfortunately could not recommend this Hilton, and I have stayed at many other Hilton properties before. Truly disappointing and I will not be returning.

I absolutely liked the access to the attraction around the hotel.. area around the residence was well maintained other than the bar not being open later than 10pm....my family still had a plesant and enjoyable stay

The property itself and rooms were fantastic! The only issue were the elevators. They were slow, if working at all. We were on the 5th floor and finally found the stairs, but with luggage and multiple children, it was a bit difficult.

I would definitely stay here wiit kids again the staff was very accommodating to the needs i needed. Very understanding with my disability needs. The manager was extremely helpful. And understanding.

The property itself is well kept outside and lobby area. However, the rooms are dated and could be cleaned better. The bathroom wall had some kind of residue all over the walls, hard to miss. There is no safe in the room or luggage racks. Staff was a hit or miss. The hotel is conveniently located, walking distance to the strip.

Went for a weekend leisure stay for shopping and attractions. Room had a really great view! Clean, and comfortable beds. The only thing was that the shower did not work. We could only get the bathtub to work. Also, the water was not very hot. That was annoying. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay! It's so close to the Island, you could probably walk there if you are physically able, or it's only about a 5-10 minute drive. 15 minute drive to Tanger.

The front desk staff did not explain entrances, elevators, time of breakfast, time of pool closures and openings until asked. The beds were very uncomfortable and lumpy. The outdoor door keypad leading to the hot tub was not working so we had to walk in the freezing cold wet around the hotel to another door. The pool inside was freezing. If it was heated it was not heated enough for February’s cold weather. We love Hiltons but this was not a usual experience.

Very clean and quiet. We were right by the elevator and never heard any noise. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it did look good. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel was conveniently located.
