Excelente hotel! Cerca de todo y sobre todo de la Isla de Pigeon Forge. El hotel huele super rico y esta muy limpio y super lindo. Nos quedamos solo una noche. Nos atendieron rápido. Incluye el estacionamiento más no el desayuno y tiene un costo de $14.95 por persona. La habitacion estuvo excelente. En fin me encanto todo ! Lo recomiendo y volveria. Lo único que puedo decir es que la persona que me hizo el check in nos atendió bien pero no dijo buenos días ni bienvenido como en otros hoteles pero lo demás estuvo excelente!

We booked this property in feb. At check in they gave us a cheaper room on back of hotel.went down to desk told them this is not the correct room. He said your room was booked yesterday.he said there was nothing i could do sorry. I said just refund me i will go somewhere else.he said cant do that you booked through expedia. When i got angry he said i will give you someone elses room.this left me very angry that we even are having this argument.i am still angry and will never stay there again.this manager needs to go to customer service school because he has zero customer service skills.at least they emptied the trash did not make the bed.

This was our second stay. It is nice. The rooms are nice size with separate living area with two TV's. Great for families. Close to all attractions and about 10 min from Dollywood,

Room had multiple lights that did not work and multiple outlets that were not functional. Air temp was much higher than the AC unit inside the room. Pool was murky and cloudy both days. Host made a poinnt to say the building is a couple years old and basically new which only makes those problems worse in comparison. Would not return.

Nice facilities. Overly expensive poor breakfast buffet. Cold food and not well stocked. This kind of breakfast is included with room at other hotels of this type. Felt like we were ripped off. I complained to front desk and they offered nothing.

It was close to the Convention Center, all we ad to do was walk across the bridge and we were in the lot.

Absolutely awful from check in to check out. We checked in with a man names Brian who was extremely rude. He scolded us for the way we booked our hotel, refused to let me pay cash even though I chose pay at property, told me he was only charging incidentals to my card for $25 and then charged the whole stay to it. Fast forward to Saturday morning when I woke up to an additional $232. (This was also happening to at least 8 other people who stayed and were checked in by Brian , some customers have extra charges up to $1,500) when I asked the front desk about it they couldn’t give me any answers as to why our cards were being charged they then told us after hours it was a glitch in the system. I spoke with the general manager Don who just like his staff was completely rude. Offered me $50 at check out and I let him know more needed to be done since they were taking all of our money his response was “if this isn’t good enough you don’t deserve anything”. After speaking with staff through the weekend and our money still not being returned we found out it was not a glitch but user error from the rude man named Brian who checked us in. I had called the front desk on Saturday evening to ask for towels and Brian answered and once again was extremely rude he answered the phone with “what do you want”. Between the awful customer service and them fraudulently charging our cards the stay was pretty much ruined. We all spent more time fighting with them then enjoying our trip.

We had such a good time for the amount of time we were there. The front desk guys were very helpful and informative! We will definitely be back! It was a huge plus that we were able to walk from the room to the island.

A little disappointing.
I stayed here last year and was impressed. This time was a disappointing. My friends daughter gashed open her knee on the bed frame because it was missing a piece. We filled out a report and the front desk guy gave me everything he could to help! It was so deep it needed steri strips (im a nurse). Breakfast is not free. but on the website from their Facebook, it says breakfast and lunch is free for up to 2 kids with an adult purchase. When I told the staff about this, the casual pint employee asked the guy at the front desk and he basically said people will try to “get over on them”. So I had to pull it up to prove to them I wasn’t lying. Staff definitely needs to be educated on this. Breakfast is also $12 for an adult, but the options are slim. The French toast was hard and the juices were empty. There seemed to be only one casual pint employee, so we couldn’t really ask for things to be refilled. The 2nd day we needed towels, so I called the front desk. He wouldn’t bring any bc he said house keeping should be by. House keeping didn’t come. I called the desk again and asked for towels and trash bags and he said I could come get them. I went to the desk to pick them up and he literally gave me trash bags that were the size of candy bags & he acted inconvenienced. The bathtub wasn’t draining and the did fix that promptly. They also charged my friend incorrectly and said it was a hold- it wasnt. the rooms were clean as well as the pool and hot tub, which was nice.

We stayed in a suite with one King bed. The room was very spacious and the fireplace was a nice touch. The balcony overlooked the parkway which was nice as well. The swimming pool and hot tub were very clean and i really appreciated that! I would definitely come back!

Right beside Crave Golf Club, a little bit of a walk to the Island area. We went during the dead of winter, so definitely not a comfortable walk in 19 degree weather. Hotel is nice, loved that they had an indoor pool and hot tub! Had an issue with our door lock, but received prompt service. Wished the heat worked a bit faster, had it on 78 to warm up the room from the 67 degrees we walked into, but overnight it only rose to 71 with the "fireplace" on as well.

I loved the Christmas lights and the decorations, which we could view out of our window. Also, we could walk down a path of beautiful lights to the Island rides which was beautiful. The room was clean. Enjoyed our Xmas Vacation.
