The staff were so friendly and helpful upon check-in! The hotel was very clean and well kept and we were impressed with the spaciousness of our room. It was very clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable! The pool area was a blast! My kids loved the lazy river and inner tubes that were provided. It was very nice to have so many pool options! I would definitely return with my family! Its been a great experience!

Quick stay but a fantastic one! Super clean property off the main strip, so it's quiet and easy to get in and out. Our room was immaculate, check in and check out were a breeze, and staff waa friendly. Would highly recommend!

We took my kiddos to this hotel since we were in town for Dollywood. The hotel was at a great price compared to the $500 ones down the road. The hotel was super clean. The pool and hot tub indoor was so much fun. They even hav a lazy river, out door pool, and outdoor got tub. Plus a firepit. It was very nice sitting on the balcony looking at the smokey mountains. 5/5

Stayed here for a short spring break getaway and had an amazing time!! The rooms are clean and spacious, love the balcony’s as well. The outdoor and indoor pools were very clean. Will definitely be back and would make it our “ go to” place to stay when we visit.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Each room had a full size fridge and freezer. You could cook in the room. Gorgeous property. My only issue was the beds and pillows may need to be updated. Loved the balcony.
