Front desk staff was very rude , would not let us check in till 4 ( had 10 mins ) wirhout paying xtra 25.00 our room was very musty smelling and even had blood on walls .. but we were told no refunds

I have stayed 2 previous times and it had nice rooms with small table 2 chairs and beds were very fresh made but this time dirty half made beds told housekeeper she said we don't do daily housekeeping well we just checked in we should had fresh sheet room very shabby pool area very dirty around pool never like that before one po was not open under repairs I just couldn't believe the place had changed that much in a year

There were repaired water leaks in several locations, however one remained active located over the bathroom vanity with a two spot dripping area. I used the ice bucket to catch the droplets. There were no tables, dressers, or chairs in the room. All luggage and loose items had to be placed on the floor. While this was inconvenient it only worsened. Our second day I found a roach crawling in my suitcase! I freaked! Gross. Knowing we were checking out the next morning I kept calm. Yet, the next morning, day three, another crusty roach was crawling on the bathroom wall above the vanity! He brought a friend who chose to crawl around with him. I actually gagged. To think what all they were leaving behind as they crawled all over the place. Additional, the bed covers were a thin bedspread (with a variety of unidentifiable smells) and a sheet. I cringed as I thought of all those who lay on this bedspread before me. My grandkids liked the pool and slide. I have learned a valuable lesson, the outside can definitely be misleading to what awaits on the inside. By the morning of day three, checkout was a welcome feeling from the roach motel with the multi water leaks the Fixer up room ( other repaired and rusted out areas not mentioned) and the bedspreads of condemnation . However it is in a convenient location….. Now home, I’m fumigating all that took inside the room before it can come into my home Never again! PS I have pictures if you’d like to see them!

The room was ok but the bathroom was pretty dirty. The entire place could use updating. The pool and water slide was great for the kids but the pool area was very dirty. The morning coffee was really good and Hot.

The Pool area was over-run with teenagers acting “teenagerly”. We have small kids and it was OUT OF CONTROL! We left when a small girl got hit in the face by a train of ten teenagers going down the slide and had a bloody face!

The staff was barely present and was annoyed that they had to check us in. The room was poorly maintained: the tub couldn’t drain properly, the bathroom had mold and the tub was peeling. The bathroom hardware was broken and the room smelled like mildew. The photos and property name were very misleading. This is a motel and the entire place isn’t maintained well. Including the pool slide which looks rusted.

The lady at the desk told me that I couldn’t check in early but everyone else that came in got to check in early. We sat in the lobby for 3 hours and watched 6 families check in early. The pool was disgusting and the room smelled like a cinnamon wall sent.

Wi-Fi password didn't work. Had to go to desk and tell them. No chairs in the room. Not enough water pressure and it was too Hot. Had to fool with it alot to get it to a good temp. TV remote didn't work properly. The curtain was inside out.

We rented the room to celebrate my niece 8th birthday. since it’s still relevantly cold outside, I thought the indoor waterslide would be a big hit. While in the pool, I witnessed a teenager throw up in the pool. I immediately went to the office for them to clean it and close it. The front desk looked at the cameras, and said he didn’t see any chunks so he would leave the pool open. I personally informed people in the pool area, and the teenage boys Said that it has happened earlier too. The front desk officer refused to give me his name so the next morning I told the front office again and they said they were not required to close the pool. Called the health department and I was informed, that yes they are required to close the pool and they are required to contact them to test the pool prior to reopening the pool. The whole purpose of my stay was the pool, and slide for my niece, both of which were ruined, and refused to give any type of credit or refund. Not only is this unsafe and quite disgusting, their lack of service and care was dangerous. I have visited this hotel, many times, but never again!!!

There was a bed and a TV console in the room. no table - no chair- no suitcase rack....this was not the way the pictures were of the room. The lady told me when they remodeled they decided not to put table and chair/chairs in the rooms. thats weird....so you have to eat in the bed, put your suit case and pure in the bed....awful set up!! I told the front desk clerk that someone had puked on the ramp area next to the handicap parking when we arrived on Friday...It was still there when we left on Sunday. The only thing I can say nice, is my grandson enjoyed the indoor pool.

The bathroom wall had mold, the TV didn't work, and the pool had so much chlorine, you couldn't be in there more than 30 min before you started coughing and your eyes started to burn.

Pool disappointed
We stayed here bc had an indoor pool.we used it once it about knocked you down with chlorine smell it burned your eyes to walk into the pool area. Both kids got sick after they was in the pool for 30 min it was so strong. There was only like 10 chairs in the entire pool area. The photos of the pool area online looked a lot better than the reality of it in person. The room was ok the bed sucked, if you laid on near the edge you would almost roll off very uncomfortable. Over all the hotel really needs updated very old and run down.

Its a budget hotel. Im really good with that. its dated but who cares. It was clean. People were super nice. only problem was the mattress. really uncomfortable. really really uncomfortable. If I knew they purchased new mattresses I would definitely stay again. But if not...I'll pass. we were there to SLEEP. couldn't do that with the mattress

The pools with waterslides are a great way to have family fun without spending a ton of money. The location has its pluses and minuses. It is on the corner of Parkway and Veterans, which makes arriving from Sevierville really convenient as you can completely avoid Parkway yet still be right on Parkway. There is a trolly station, several dining options and many shops within walking distance. Literally take a right out of the parking lot and Dollywood is just a short drive down Veterans. However, there is a lot of road noise associated with the proximity to these two major streets. The rooms facing Veterans are particularly noisy. There is no breakfast available, however, breakfast at one of the many pancake houses is part of visiting Pigeon Forge anyway. I have stayed here several times, the rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly. Will be staying here again!
