'We have been wintering for 3 months in the Naples/Bonita Springs area for 12 years. Rented 7 different properties prior to this past year. Number 8 was by far the best. Sigi and Suzanne were perfect hosts. The home was equipped with everything except a few items that Sigi said they would have for us next year. Quiet street, no thru traffic, nice neighbors. 'My husband and I and our small dog loved this villa ! We were there for the month of February. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to eateries and Trader Joe’s. 2 beaches are 5 minutes drive . It’s clean and comfortable. Bedding and towels are new. We loved the screened Lanai and the large backyard. Great communication with owner! Would definitely recommend! Did I mention location? It was the best!'

'We enjoyed a three week stay in Naples. The villa is situated in the perfect spot...located in a quiet neighborhood nestled near other beautiful homes. A short walk brings you to Clam Pass beach. There are numerous stores and restaurants also within walking distance. The villa was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed many hours lounging in the backyard pool. Such a lovely place to stay!'

'The property was nice. The house is in an older developing neighborhood. There are 4 nice houses on the street. The other houses are old and trailer homes. We witnessed a drug deal across the street on an abandoned lot. Once the community is complete and updated hopefully it will be better with security. 'Wat een fijn hotel. Fietsen die je (gratis) drie uurtjes mag meenemen om door het stadje te toeren. Super centraal gelegen. De service bij aankomst was geweldig. Een dame met knot was super vriendelijk en regelde dat we nog snel een hapje konden eten ondanks dat het laat was. Groot contrast met de dame met lang grijs haar die ons uit checkte. Nogal een kil afscheid. '
