Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While I wish you had a better experience, it is feedback like this that we learn from and use to improve. We work hard to deliver the best guest experience. During your stay we tried our best to compensate for your dissatisfaction that you showed vehemently to our front office staff. The address of the hotel is available on our web site and any online maps describe the area. It is possible to reach the Leaning Tower by taxi in 15 mins and by bus in 30 minutes (Line +1). The taxi stations are available at the Pisa International Airport and Railway station, taxis can be called by the hotel staff by phone or modem device as in any other towns. During your stay the outdoor temperature was around 9 degrees Celsius, 48 Farenheit, air conditioning was not available but the heating system in your room could be totally switched off. In Pisa the best bars located downtown are open until midnight and can be reached by taxi in 10 minutes. A 15 min walking distance shopping mall is located nearby the San Ranieri Hotel and offers many shops and supermarket from 9 am to 9 pm (centro commerciale Pisanova). Sincerely,Laura, Guest Relation
