Hola, gracias por tu preferencia y tu valoración; ya hemos renovado 30 de las 50 habitaciones del hotel y los baños de estas habitaciones; los mostradores de recepción y bar no han sido renovados porque son originales de 1956, año en que nació el hotel, y fueron tallados y cincelados a mano por artesanos de la época; en cuanto a la limpieza, solemos limpiar e higienizar cada día habitaciones, baños y zonas comunes; lamentamos si hubo un pequeño descuido involuntario;Atentamente

Like all 3-star hotels in the city we do not have an internal restaurant but we only serve breakfast; however, in the area there are various types of restaurants that we can recommend; we are close to the train station from which you can easily reach other cities of art such as Florence, Lucca and Siena; the historic center with monuments and museums is less than 10 minutes away on foot and the center commercial area with shops and cafes is 200 meters away. Every part of the city can be reached on foot, by taxi or by bus; Piazza dela Torre is 1.5 km away in the north, connected by bus every 5 minutes or by taxi.Best regardsAlessandro P.
