Voor die prijs is het een zeer slechte hotel.
Zeer slecht! En gedurft om die prijs te vragen. Douche met douchegordijn en dat vond ik nog niet erg, maar het douche water loopt uit in de kamer. Dat is pas erg! Het was geen goedkoop kamer en de airco mocht niet eerder aan dan november. Belachelijk! Ik heb nog nooit gehoord dat de verwarming in november pas aan mocht! Wij hadden slecht weer en waren door en door nat. De badkamer werkt al niet mee en dan nog eens dat de verwarming (airco) niet aan mocht! Verschrikkelijk, verschrikkelijk en verschrikkelijk! Ik heb geen andere woorden voor!

Prima hotel voor goede prijs.
2 nachten geslapen. Prima hotel - prima kamers - prima ontbijt. Douche had iets beter gekund. Om bij de toren te komen loop je zo'n 20 minuten. Dit wel door een grote en drukke straat, dus voldoende te zien.

Leuk hotel en vriendelijk personeel.
Leuk hotel en op een steenworp afstand van het station. Binnen een kwartier sta je bij de toren van pisa en binnen 5 min loop je in de winkelstraat van pisa. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Onbijt was goed maar de straat waar het hotel in staat is wel veel lawaai. Onze kamer was heel warm omdat we helemaal op de bovenste verdieping zaten. Wel rolluiken voor de ramen.

Het betreft een eenvoudig hotel vlak bij centraal station Pisa. Goed ontbijt en vriendelijk personeel. Prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Het hotel licht op een prima afstand van het station. Kamer is groot genoeg alleen de badkamer valt tegen omdat de douche erg klein is.mensen die flinker zijn zullen dit niet prettig vinden. De ligging van het hotel valt tegen,niet z'n fijne buurt. Het ontbijt is prima,zeker voor Italiaanse begrippen want die eten s'morgens alleen maar een koekje en koffie.

While its nice that its close to the train station. I would stay away from this hotel. To begin, the front staff were rude and unwelcoming. The shower had mold and it didnt drain. The hair dryer couldnt be used for more than 30 seconds without it starting to burn up and become unsafe to use. The bed was advertised as a queen and was two singles pushed together and continued to slide apart all night; and to top it off, management decided to shut off the AC for the week because it "was too cold"... while it was sitting at a high of 30. For the buffet, there were hard boiled eggs that were sitting on the counter in the heat, without ac or ice or a fridge, as well as the milk - it was room temperature when we went down around 7am before we were leaving for the train. If we were supposed to stay for more than a night we would have found somewhere else to say. Find anywhere else to stay

Booked 3 nights left after the first , and booked else where. Didn’t get a refund but couldn’t do another 2 nights . Wanted a good location , reasonable price stay in Pisa as we only needed a bed with a good location. Pictures looked decent however arrived the room was not what was advertised , 2 small single beds pushed together when it was advertised Queen bed. Aircon advertised however no aircon available. Black mould in bathroom when complained was told “there’s no windows that’s normal”. No air flow had to have window open but mosquitos came in so was bitten all night. Had to use clothing as pillows due to the bedding offered. Save your money do not book here the only good thing was the location but even then you get better value you for the same money elsewhere. If the price wasn’t as high as it was and was a lower price wouldn’t complain as to be expected but this was absolutely terrible

Keine Klimaanlage obwohl sie damit geworben haben. Sehr alte, ungemütliche Matratzen. Hübsches Badzimmer wohl. Das Personal ist sehr nett, allerdings hilft das auch nicht, wenn der Kaffee phänomenal schlecht schmeckt und die Eier schlecht sind. War recht ekelig.

I had a single room for 3 nights. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The location is great 👌 The central station is just around the corner, as are various restaurants and shopping opportunities. The tower, city walls, botanical garden and cathedral are within walking distance! 😀 If you would rather save money but forego some comfort (noisy room) and are content with a spartan breakfast when booking, this is the place for you! The hotel is getting a bit old and I was surprised by the shower, because the bathroom is the shower! The toilet and sink are only kept dry by a curtain. But I can't say anything negative about the cleanliness!

Room was quite basic and small, and needed some TLC. However, everything was clean and worked. It was also quieter than expected given its location near the station/busy road. Very convenient for the station. Very good value breakfast and good value overall.

Location & friendly staff were the only positives
The location was extremely convenient to train station and Pisa central. Additionally the staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately everything else about this place was extremely disappointing. The bed was truly the most uncomfortable one I’ve ever slept on. There was hair from previous guests in my room. What looked like mold residue in and around the shower. The walls were scuffed everywhere. The paint looked old and extremely outdated.

The owner should be arrested for crimes against hospitality. Upon arrival, we were checked in by Margaret who was extremely friendly and helpful and give us a list of must visit attractions, although it’s Pisa so the list is pretty short. When getting to the room, the door frame was broken with the metal beading lying upside down, nail side up. Inside the room, dead mosquitoes were all over the walls, the sheets were stained, tiles were cracked and the whole place felt dirt. The fact the the mosquitoes remained all over the walls showed that the room was either never cleaned or done to the most basic standard each day. The only plus point was it was close to the station for a quick exit from Pisa. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You will feel itchy for days after leaving.

A pleasant stay
The hotel was in central location so was really close to the railway station and also about 20 mins from Leaning tower. There was daily housekeeping and the hotel Was pretty clean. Little bit of mould in bathroom. The second day we had no hot water but by evening time it was resolved. The beds were two single beds joined together and to be honest they were so uncomfortable that we both ended up with back ache . The breakfast could have had a bit more variety but overall we were happy.

Comfortable hotel close to Pisa station
The hotel is very close to Pisa Centrale station, but there's a pleasant walk to the river and then on through historic streets to the leaning Tower etc. The hotel is comfortable and well managed, with helpful, friendly & efficient reception. Our room was large enough, with a large comfortable bed & modern ensuite. It was reasonably quiet and had a good choice of food for breakfast. We have stayed there before and hope to do so again.

Stayed in single room. The bed was small but comfortable. Location was good. Near the Pisa central station. The bathroom was tiny and the shower was very little. Good that I m a small person. The water pressure in shower was very week. You just have to take longer showers. The ware some things in the bathroom that should be fixed and are not properly fastened to the walls. The breakfast was simple and ok. Bread, cheeses, boiled eggs, pastry, yogurt and orange juice. Overall a ok hotel if you don’t have high standards.

Travelling solo
Stayed just one night here, and needed a hotel close to the train station. The location was perfect. Very close to shops and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pisa was a surprise, such a clean, cute town famous for its leaning tower, but also universities, therefore many young people give it vibrancy.
