The location was amazing. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we couldn’t take advantage of the area as much as we wanted to. I’d highly recommend this place when the weather is sunny as the beach is literally right out the front door. The only thing that was hard was no dishwasher and not very stocked with dishes/pots and pans/kitchen items. If I stay there again, I would need to bring some of my own items as we cooked most of our meals.

Been staying here for decades. Love it so much I don't want to share. It's truly a gem of a place. Perfect location close to the pier but not right on top of it. The apartment is clean and nicely taken care of. two primary bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, perfect for friends or a family.

Golden Memories
This was a terrific place to relax and “rejuvenate” as our parents would say. And what perfect way to prove that true than by bringing our parents who are in their golden age and aren’t able to travel anymore. They loved every detail and accommodation/amenities provided in our rental. Having the beach and restaurants within walking distance was perfect for them. Waking up to an ocean view and sounds while enjoying their coffee reminded them of their many beach travels over the years. This was their fountain of youth and cannot wait to come back and enjoy!

AMAZING.
This was our first time in Pismo Beach and it was absolutely amazing at this Vrbo. Host was organized, friendly and got back to us very quickly. We even were able to check in earlier than given time. The place is steps from the ocean and I'm walking distance from everything. We were able to walk outside and watch the sunrise each morning and walk 300 feet across the street for rooftop food and drinks. There was also easy access to complimentary washer and dryer which we used. Being from MO we are not used to heated ceilings and floors so we were confused at first about turning on heat/AC but the host got right back to us about it. They also gave us recommendations for their favorite spots and things to do which we used all weekend. We keep talking about when we will book our next trip and will definitely be staying here again.

Great unit and location. Parking garage scary won’t use it. Unit 2 master king bedroom has and drip sound and a humming that goes 24/7 the the closet area. At night when trying to sleep very annoying. This were my only concerns but overall loved the location and condition of rooms !

Great location by the beach
We stayed two nights with our two kids (age 7 & 9). A great condo right on the beach and near the pier. The place was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. Check-in process was perfect. Two reasons why I give an overall 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. First, in the Master bedroom there me was a loud vibrating/buzzing noise that would make it hard for lighter sleepers, and the bed wasn’t great. Second, the place was missing some of the amenities that I’m used to finding at rentals like this (coffee, shampoo, conditioner).

Location, location, location. Parking very limited. Supplies very limited compared to the many other VRBOs we’ve rented. Be prepared to bring everything but salt and pepper, teensy weeny soap bars, dishwashing soap and coffee filters. No hair products or lotions. Needs overhead fan in living room (unusually warm during our stay). Beds are just okay. Comfortable living room furniture. TV controls confusing. Wi-Fi strong. Ice quantity good.

We enjoyed the layout of the property and we were very comfortable for our 4 night visit. The back bedroom with the king sized bed shared a wall with a very loud water heater that ran constantly, by day 3 we had small black ants show up in the bathrooms and the kitchen was minimally stocked. Those are the only negatives to an otherwise great property.

Best place to stay in Pismo!
Property is steps from the beach and we had ocean views from our unit. Clean, well maintained, and cozy. 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and shower, living room, dinette and kitchen. Communication with the property manager was excellent and she was very quick to respond and answer all of my questions. It was perfect for our weekend stay and we would definitely stay again!

Perfect location. The condo was nicely decorated, extremely clean. There are three units to face the ocean and I thought I had reserved one of those so I was disappointed find myself in the back unit. I did not have any cell phone service so I did not receive their instructions about how to get in the unit and that caused some difficulty.

Wonderful beach front stay
Close to Pier, beach, cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to everything we need. Sandbar surf school is nearby. Beach chairs and towels are available. We had an amazing family vacation here!
