I was impressed with the top condition of the room. It was a spacious suite. A bit noisy, but you expect that downtown. Parking fee--at $27 per night--seems high.

Stay was ok, room not clean and old looking. couches were very dirty, the hot water was horrible. Did not feel the hotel was worth the money I paid. The service was excellent people were very friendly.

Horrible experience with this property. I booked this property a couple of months ago specifically because it was directly across from PNC Park and had a full kitchen. Imagine my shock on Friday night, after driving 5 hours with an 8yo, when I was told there had been "a mistake" and a number of guests would need to be given a "walk letter" and sent to a different hotel almost a mile away, across the river and WITHOUT the full kitchen. We had packed food in coolers to use the kitchen and needed to improvise at the new hotel. Additionally, the entire purpose for this hotel was because we were attending two Pirates games over the weekend. Also, the cost of parking at the hotel they sent us to was $42 valet parking. Just outrageous. It seemed clear to me they were moving people who booked via third party booked, ie Expedia, and checking in others. I know this because as I was being given a walk letter and told there was a group of people who were being moved, other people checked in with no issues. I will NEVER book this hotel again highly recommend no one who utilizing Expedia book this hotel either. They do NOT care about you or your service.

Upon our first day. We noticed that we had a whole bunch of holes and rips in our sheets. Yellow stains on the pillows that were in the closet. I asked the lady at the front desk to change our blankets. She grabbed the walkie-talkie and said she would. We came back, super late to see no blankets were even placed in our room or anything was changed. Our water was cold. So we had to let the water run for like five minutes before even got hot to take a shower. And the second day, it did not get hot at all. The breakfast was OK. The pool was not working but you could go to the sister hotel across the parking lot. Parking was so limited people had to park around the circle in the front. The staff was friendly, but obviously didn’t care about my concerns. The room was nice. I will go back to this hotel but maybe not this location.

I called for additional wash clothes twice. Toilet was broken and had been used before we arrived . Shower did not drain.
