If you’re going to a ballgame there isn’t a better place to stay. Friendly, clean and easy walk to a baseball game. Couldn’t be closer. Staff was very accommodating as well.

This place is just OK! The best thing about the hotel is the ease of parking. We had a little hiccup checking in because there were problems with the computer and the credit card machine, which delayed the check in process by almost 30 minutes. Our hotel room was clean but the shower in the bathroom did not drain and the water was not hot. The staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. Overall the location is very convenient but it is not somewhere I would stay again.

It is right next to the freeway, BUT it didn't bother me at night. With the room fan/heater on, you couldn't hear a thing. Super fast check-in and the elevators are fast. A bit of mechanical noise on the higher levels.

It is next to the highway so quite noisy but location is ideal being across the road from the Pittsburgh Pirates Stadium and a block away from Heinz Field.

The staff was great, but the walls are paper thin, other guests were noisy all night, and the heating/cooling unit in the room was busted—it made buzzing and rattling noises (but the room got super stale if it was off). The location was great for access to downtown and North Shore activities, but don’t expect to get much sleep if you stay here.

Stayed here for the night for the Drake concert. Hotel was very clean and close to PPG Paints Arena. We had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and the food was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast offered was the standard hotel breakfast...cereal, yogurt, eggs, bagels etc and was well stocked when we went down at 9:30am. Staff was pleasant with the exception of one lady who was restocking breakfast but other than that I would stay again if ever going to another concert. Parking was $27 for the night which I didn't see mentioned in my reservation.

The location is excellent. Lots of food and entertainment within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an excellent variety of oatmeal/yogurt toppings. The mini quiche were very flavorful. Scrambled eggs were basic. Restaurant has a nice menu. We loved the Seafood chowder...it was creamy with potatoes and Shrimp, not over seasoned, totally hits the spot. Nice lighting. Could have used a second trash can in the room...there was only one in the living space and I felt there should have been one under the vanity/wash sink. The shower had excellent water pressure. Shampoo and soap pumps are convenient. The shampoo and conditioner made my hair really soft and manageable. Love the size of the tub but unfortunately couldn't take a soaking bath due to the pop up plug not functioning properly. The swimming pool is smaller but sufficient. We were a bit disappointed that the heater wasn't working so the water was cold but they did call a repair person right away so hopefully that will be better next time around. I really appreciate their efforts to address our concerns quickly. We had a pleasant stay and felt very at home and welcomed there.

Overall, a very good deal, right on the north shore, close to the 3 museums we wanted to see. The evening front desk person on the 18th was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. The in-room phones were not operational, so we called the front desk with our cell phones. Morning breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable...

Not great.
Not so friendly at check-in. Room had 2 towels for a family suite. Bodywash and conditioner in shower were empty. Wrong bedding for fold out couch. Sink faucet handle fell off. Pool was grubby and very small. Elevated roadway was right outside the window and loud. Breakfast food was meh, but the breakfast attendant guy was working hard.
