'Place was clean, but that is about it. amenites advertized were not accessible, thye double charges us: charges us for the stay as well as what we paid, then accused of stealing a table, leaving "poop" behind, (which we did not do either charges us $400.00 additional cleaning) charges us for a key that was returned, and we were there for less than 4 days...'

Be prepared to bring ALL of your own amenities including your own towels, soap/shampoo, flat sheet, hair dryer, coffee maker, cooking tools (there is no stove/oven, only a microwave), dishes/utensils (if need more than three sets of utensils, three plates and two mugs), paper towels, toilet paper (if need more than one roll).'

'A good location and central to Alameda. Overall, a nice place. Quite spacious and full sized kitchen with dishwasher which would be great for a longer stay. A few small things: it would be nice to have additional seating in living room area beside couch and a larger TV would be nice.'

'If you enjoy the real experience of a new place like I do then this is the place for your stay. Modest but well stocked with everything you will need and in a great location to get a real feel for the city. 5 stars and highly recommended for your Oakland Experience! Walking distance from pretty much anything you will need and not too far from the ferry landing if you want to bump over to SF for the day. The one minor extra I requested was granted quickly and graciously and I will definitely stay...
