'Nice quiet space. Clean with up to date kitchen. Although the weather was only in the 50s, views from the house was the pond with some ocean beyond. Please note that the laundry was in the cellar with access via very steep stairs with only a railing half way down. We had to leave early on checkout day, so getting towels washed, dried & folded as requested was a challenge. Overall, the experience was delightful & relaxing.'

'This property has a great location. Easy walk to downtown Hyannis (lots of restaurants, bars, and shops) and to the shore. And easy to find. The neighborhood is very quiet. There are two suggestions for the property owners: First, it was cool over the weekend that we stayed and there were no blankets for the beds. We ended up going to Target to buy our own. Secondly, the bathrooms are super nice as they have been upgraded. However the suggestion is to turn up the water heater. Our showers were...

'This house had everything we needed, including plenty of indoor and out space. The outside decks and shower are excellent, and the indoor table, too, allowed us to sit down together for meals. The set up is excellent with two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs and another two bedrooms with a bathroom upstairs.'

'Place was nice. Pool was the key selling point for a winter trip. Tv in every room, but I think something was wrong w the xfinity. Only master bedroom worked with Netflix to watch. That was a huge bummer. If it was warmer weather wouldn’t have been as much of an issue. They had lots of things to do for nice weather but wasn’t the time of year. House was over all nice and relaxing.'

'Property is in a great location, walking distance to the shore and a little longer walk or short drive will get you to town with a pub and a few places to eat. Martha’s Vineyard ferry parking is less than ten minutes away with a free shuttle bus that takes you to the ferry. Regina (owner) is right next door and is very friendly and accommodating!!'
