You're feedback is invaluable to us as we seek to consistently learn and improve the standards of service we offer. You have mentioned that we are not very near Old Town, that is true, we are situated as you can see in Podstrana, not in Split, and you can not reach Split city center by walk. 90% of our guests made check in before 14:00 o'clock, as soon as they arrive, but before your arrival we have guests with small baby and they transfer has been late, so we deeply apologize that you had to wait 15 minutes for your check in. I'm most disappointed to read you didn't enjoy our usual warm and personalised welcome from the team and hope we have the chance to welcome you back in the future and restore your faith in us.
