'The condo itself was clean and nice. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because when you check-in you go to the front desk check-in and then they send you to another room where they try to sell you a timeshare (want you to sit in a presentation) and when you tell them “no” they get rude. Just not a pleasant way to start a family trip.'

'The unit we stayed in was very clean , I would like to have had a coffee maker in kitchen, We did find that the phone was sitting on table by the couch, but it was not plugged in, I realized this when I could not get wifi on my phone, I found phone jack across the room and plugged it in to call the desk, they were able to get wifi working once my husband went to the office. Also the door to the bedroom stuck you had to slam it to get it closed. Also from some reason during the night my husband...

'Where do I even begin. It was my first time in Branson and will definitely not be my last!!! Grotto brought luxury to a whole new level. We needed a private, relaxing weekend away and that was exactly what staying at Grotto was. Everything about Grotto was excellent. We are aleady looking to book our next weekend here. 'Pros: Property is beautiful and well kept. Everything you could possibly need and if you need anything else the staff is right on it. The elevator in the Honeysuckle building was a great plus! Cons: Constant noise from the golf carts, no transportation from pool to your condo so you have to get back in your car soaking wet. Overall: If we ever came back to Branson we would stay again.'

'We liked the lake access with free paddle boards, kayaking, aqua-cycles, and jet ski rentals. The shuttle bus to Silver Dollar City is convienient. We did not like there's no Tiki Bars but you can bring your own alcohol. There is a super chill outside bar on the property. Coffee pots are provided but not coffee. There's no room service but there is a really good pizza place and severa food trucks on the property.'

'The property was fantastic. The cottages were clean, well equipped, and laid out for our family of five. We needed maintenance for the tub as srain, and he was there within 20 minutes. The pools were great. You will be solicited to attend a time share meeting when obtaining your parking pass. I am glad I had read othwe reviews so I was not surprised. It would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere when reviewing the property. All in all, my family had a great stay and we would stay again!'
