'Had a large group of friends get together for a 30th bday! Enjoyed all the activities, and the river was absolutely perfect! Tons of room for everyone in the cabins. You will have spotty phone signal but wifi is great. Who needs their phones anyway?! Slide is not for the faint of heart but we all went down it multiple times! Everyone is already asking to do it again next year. Thank you, John and Becky!!!'

'A charming older, and slightly funky (in a good way) house off a dirt road in the country. We loved it! So quiet and peaceful. A short drive into the cute town of San Saba. Would definitely stay again, if I'm in the area. The host was very accomodating.'

'If you are needed a place to stay for a few days in or around the Llano area, THIS is the place to stay. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. On the river (you can swim if you want). Close to downtown Llano and just blocks from the best BBQ in Texas! You won't go wrong staying at Riverhouse!'

'Steinhouse Ranch is the lovely old Oestreich house near Castell. It is an original settlers home built out of local rock. Perfect location for our family during an annual family reunion. Steinhouse Ranch has plenty of beds for a large group. There are cattle around the house to enjoy. True country living.'

Highly recommend the Birmingham House or Phoenix /Sunday House owned by the same hosts. We stayed there last year. We needed extra bedrooms this year and the Birmingham House was perfect!'
