Negatief: Personeel en service
About the room:
1.) The house keeper did not vacuum thoroughly the carpet and did not mop the bathroom especially the area near the toilet bowl.
2.) The house keeper did not replenish towel and I have to call to front desk to ask for it.
3.) The house keeper did not provide tooth brush and tooth paste until i called to front desk asked for it.
4.) The mattress, bedsheet and blanket sheet have stains on it.
5.) The hotel do not provide harder mattress only soft topper mattress.
6.) TV channels are very limited
About the food in both lounge and greenhaus restaurant:
1.) The waitress attitude is bad, they did not provide serviette on the table only use napkin to rapped up the utensils, when I suddenly need to sneeze I covered my nose and mouth wt the napkin, the waitress walked over warned me not to use napkin instead asked them for serviette, what kind of service is this?
2.) Food variety are very limited especially breakfast. The scramble eggs so salty!
3.) At least should add some noodles and more asian food.
4.) The salad station do not provide steam corn, beans and lettuce only some fruits.
