Clean and cozy
House was very clean and fresh. Pool was amazing for the kids. It was close to grocery, restaurants. Half hour drive to good beaches but still close enough with plenty to do at the house. A lot of extra great things included that are not at other places we have stayed. Overall great experience

Great month
We had a lovely time making memories in our home away from home. Once the weather cooperated, we enjoyed the pool and outside grill area with it’s gas grill, beverage fridge, and extra ice maker. We never had to buy ice for the coolers! The host was extremely responsive and handled all questions immediately. The home was so comfortable and stocked well with lots of towels and two dryers! We loved the layout and how open it was. We had a great time!

Thanksgiving family reunion
We booked this house because of the proximity to our family reunion in New Port Richey on Thanksgiving day. It was the ideal setting for our family needs. Our daughter & her family were able to swim in the pool while I was shopping at Publix, which was minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped with items for cooking, serving, etc. I was able to easily bake a turkey for our family gathering. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer on site. We enjoyed some nice local restaurants. I enjoyed driving to a lovely local beach. We would definitely return if we needed this much space again. Thank you, Debbie.

Very clean house located near everything you need( Publix is only 600 feet down the road). Pool was wonderful and Debbie responded to a few questions in a minute or two (Excellent !!). Will stay again.

Awesome Customer Service/stay
Our stay was the best vrbo place we have ever stayed. Had adult children and my kids couldn’t stop raving about the place as we went from room to room in awe! The pool and hot tub were very nice with a grill and family eating area outside. Grocery stores are close. Needed to use bikes and the owner dropped off a bike lock very quickly for us to use. I had s problem getting the grill started and the maintenance person showed up to help on the same day. I would stay here again if we came back again. I loved that pool the best 85 degrees and we are from Michigan so perfect.

Amazing pool!
The house is old but mostly clean. The outside could have been better kept. Could have put new shower liners in main bathroom and the main bathroom sink did not drain. The pool, though, is amazing and cool, which is great in this Florida heat! Would book again!

Was just what we needed!
The house is BEAUTIFUL! Let’s start there! Super cute and super simple….Very clean! The ice makers were lifesavers! We did not use the hot tub at all but the kids enjoyed the pool! Neighborhood was EXTREMELY quiet for being a weekend…it was PERFECT! Communication was perfect for check in and out! Had absolutely no problems! Close to any and everything! Definitely planning when our next stay will be!

A few days of relaxation.
The house was perfect for us, even one extra bedroom. We needed a few days to chill out and get renewed. I think we needed the pool because thats where we were all day. We didnt go sight seeing, we stayed in and relaxed. Not one of us sat down in the nice living room. We used the family room by the pool. The house was clean, beds very comfy, nice towels. The pool was extremely well furished with nice chairs and ice for our drinks. Except for July 4th, the neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen is well equipped. Wish our stay could have been longer. Thank you!

Nice spacious home
Rooms were larger than we were expecting. Bedding was excellent. Outdoor kitchen with gas grill and ice maker (!) was great. Kitchen appliances worked well. Heated pool was lovely, when the air wasn't too cool. Manager Debbie was wonderfully responsive when we had a couple of minor issues. Plenty of things to see and do within a not real long drive. Grocery shopping was very handy. On the down side, we did miss having a garbage disposer for our three week stay. The furniture looked nice, but was all really soft. We ended up with back pain after an hour or two of TV a night. The fine bed did resolve it. This house is in nice shape, some of the neighboring houses are pretty disheveled. This house is a good value for the cost, but do be sure you understand the location. Nothing is a very long drive, but there isn't much within walking distance, everything is a drive.

Great home!
We had a great week. It was a chillier week due to the cold front, but the hot tub was in placed of cooler nights. Our kids LOVED the pool & played everyday in the pool. We had no problems with the home & had everything we need. There are plenty of towels, lots of places to sit with family. We are appreciative of having a place to call home over Christmas break!

Nice Getaway
Thank you for your dog friendly home. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The pool was great and very relaxing, Tampa was close enough for a nice dinner, Tarpon Springs was great for lunch. We all felt very comfortable in the home.

The property is beautiful. It's in a very convenient location to stores, resturants, and activities. Communication was easy with owner. Nice rooms, awesome pool area and hot tub. There are lizards outside more so on the outside of the pool area we was a bit scared of them lol but it was personal as they were not attacking or anything. No neighbor issues. All went great, it was a wonderful stay wish we could have extended it, will definitely come back.

Family Florida Getaway
A lovely house close to beaches, breweries and great restaurants. We rented this house for my husband and myself and our two adult daughters and son in law for a long weekend getaway to attend a friend’s wedding in Tampa. Very comfortable and nicely decorated home with a pool and outdoor kitchen area. Would definitely rent again when we return to the Tampa area, which we plan to do! Debbie is easy to work with and very responsive.

quiet family stay
We were looking for a quiet place to relax for the week and this was it. The kids liked being able to swim right outside their door and popular beaches were not far away. It was nice to have beach supplies in the garage so we didn't have to travel with our own. Owner had great communication leading up to the stay and after. Fantastic Vacation
Very nice property. The set up of this house was perfect for our needs. We had family and friends come down for a couple days to do an offshore fishing trip which turned out to be epic. Everything was close by, ie. shopping, restaurants. We loved the decor of the house, the furniture was comfortable and the pool was nice to spend time outdoors. ALthough the jacuzzi had some issues , the owner was very quick to repsond. We plan on staying here again next year.

Nice get away
We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was clean and in good working order. My only suggestion would be to update the cookware. A couple nonstick pans would do the trick. Also, loved the lighting in the living room but would like nightlights in the bathrooms. The layout of the house is wonderful! I would recommend this place to a friend.
