'Over all it exceeded our expectations! We loved the location near the water, charm of the home and abundance of wildlife. This homeowner loves his home and it shows. We just wished we had thought our trip through and stayed there for the entire week and commuted to Orlando. The only negative to our stay was we all bang our toes on the metal bed frames. But the mattress more than made up for the black and blue toes.'

'This property was everything that we needed and wanted for our guy's trip! Everything was pretty accurate from the posting and there was plenty of space for everyone! The host was readily available to answer any questions that we had. We even got to chat with the cool neighbor next door who promised to take us out on his boat when we come back because all the guys agreed that we would love to come back one day lol'

'we had a great time. took alittle bit getting used to the traffic. we loved the pool and the tikki hut..only thing you could improve on was the deck, ended up with a couple of splinters. still never found the fishing gear, that was disappointing. other than that the house had everything. 'We had a great stay at this property. The home was clean and comfortable. The owners were nearby and very attentive. They made sure we had everything we could need during our stay. The house was convenient to several nice golf courses and to the Busch Gardens park and water park. It was also about an hour drive to some beautiful beaches. The pool and spa were clean and heated comfortably. We would definitely stay again on a subsequent trip to Tampa.'

'The house is in a quiet, safe, clean neighborhood. Perfect for our family. We got in late and were greeted by the owner to get our keys, they showed us around. The house was clean and up to date. There were extra towels, soap and toothbrush’s. Full kitchen with everything you'd need. The 3rd bedroom isn’t enclosed. It does have half a wall up around it, connected to the TV room. 'We rented this property for memorial weekend and it was our best trip to Weeki Wachi yet! Our family has been coming to the area for the past 9 years and we have stayed in many different rentals. This was by far our favorite. The home was clean and perfectly stocked. The location is amazing! We saw manatees and even dolphins right out back! Can’t wait to come back! Geweldig verblijf in Port Richey.
"Heel ruim en comfortabel verblijf in Port Richey. We waren met 2 dus voldoende plaats in dit huis waar 6 personen kunnen slapen. Het huis is voorzien van alle comfort, inclusief terras dat in de namiddag heerlijk in de zon ligt. Allles was perfect, heel net en voldoende keukengerief om zelf te koken, wat we ook altijd gedaan hebben. Toch één aanbeveling : de pannen en potten zouden wel van betere - lees zwaardere, zelfs Ikea - kwaliteit mogen zijn. Ze zijn namelijk van de lichtste/goedkoopste soort. Maar het is gelukt. De omgeving van Port Richey biedt vele mogelijkheden om te genieten van de natuur en het water. Wij hebben veel gewandeld in de natuurparken bereikbaar mits een kleine verplaatsing met de auto. Zeker voor herhaling mogelijk!"
