We had a small glitch with the check-in process (passcode wasn't working) but the owners were nearby and available by phone and were able to help us right away. There was plenty of space, the furnishings were comfortable, we cooked in the kitchen with no problems, we found everything we needed. 'After spending six months traveling the country and looking for a place to settle down, my wife and I settled on Portland. This property and it's hosts are a huge reason why. Great neighborhood, tons of nearby restaurants, and all the bells and whistles that you would need to stay for a couple days or a couple months. Quiet, safe, tons of parking, a full kitchen, laundry room, the whole shebang. Rachel always went above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anyone.'

'Wonderful views of the river and downtown. Every day we saw teams paddling Dragon Boats, scullers, kayaks, even small hot tub boats! We stepped out the patio door to the riverwalk. The condo was clean and comfortable. The photos don't do it justice-nice artwork and spacious main floor. Well equipped kitchen. Loved it!'

'The property was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The quality of the bed, bedding, sheets and towels were superb. The appliances looked new. All in all it was comfortable and attractively decorated. The view of the river , boats and walking path are both fun and relaxing. I loved that I could walk all around the Pearl area as well as the Saturday market. We will be looking forward to a return stay'

'We really enjoyed our stay. We wish we had more time to just hang out and walk around the community. Everything in the unit was great ( except the beds). Both beds were extremely firm. For this reason alone i would have second thoughts about staying again. If the beds are replaced with medium soft beds we would stay again. Not a major issue but the parking was full both nights we were there and we had to park on the street. I drive a Ram 2500 Mega Cab so that was a trick to find a place big...

'My partner and I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed everything about it. Very clean, firm foam king bed (no bouncing, great for post surgery), useful kitchen and a huge living room space. Super thankful parking permit was included and managed by Becky. Becky was super helpful and quickly responded to questions. This place is right off the interstate making it so convenient. 'The condo is on a lake with good lake views but half way thru stay lake level dropped 8 ft. And instead of water views I had mud views. The owner knew this was going to happen and said nothing. Ask about the water level before you pay.'

'My son and his wife live in this neighborhood. So many wonderful places to eat. Great grocery store right across the street. The condo is as it looks. Nicely supplied, but as someone else said, only one wine glass? The washing machine does not work. We were there for 3 nights. Slept well. Very quiet. Easy to check in and out. 'I had left the bathroom door open the first day and night. On the second day, I closed it from the bedroom side, and it locked. This was completely a mechanical problem, and nothing I did. I reported it the next morning to management, and they sent someone out late that afternoon. I was told there was a button under the handle. Yes, but on the inside of the bathroom. I had no way to get into the bathroom for a full night and the next morning! When I asked for a refund for just the one day, I was...

'Love the apartment and the location, this is the second time I've stayed there. I would definitely stay again. The Washing machine is broken but still works. The late check out process isn't great and there's no flexibility when my plans changed and I needed a few more hours to stay. Communication is great with them and they are very responsive.'

'I've left a full review on the Vacasa site - they are the managers of the property. Not sure how you can access it. Basically it is a fabulous location in NW Portland, Slabtown. Right off 21st and all its restaurants and two blocks from 23rd and its shops and food and fun. SO walkable. Only a mile to downtown. Great grocery store and distillery :-) across the street. 'This rental surpassed all our expectations in every way! I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rentals over the years, and this one was by far the best. The setting in the forest and on the Tualatin River was surreal. The attention to detail amazing. The Goat Shed & Zen dens were quite clean & cozy. As 2 older women, we felt very safe staying here. Overall centrally located and a quick drive down the road into West Linn offered several wonderful dining options. Definitely plan on staying here again....
