Accommodatie is gunstig gelegen op ongeveer 350 meter vanaf Metrostation Florenc, waar je de keuze hebt uit 2 metrolijnen. In ongeveer 20 minuutjes kun je ook naar het centrum lopen. Wij waren hier gedurende een actieperiode en konden gratis in de parkeergarage onder het hotel parkeren. Personeel was erg vriendelijk en het hotel was evenals Praag zelf erg schoon.

Gewoon echt een fijn hotel. Waar voor je geld. Geen teleurstellingen en tegenvallers. Het gebouw is in nette staat en alles is super netjes afgewerkt en onderhouden. Personeel is ook heel vriendelijk

Uitstekend hotel
Het hotel ligt net buiten het centrum maar is zowel lopend als met de auto prima te bereiken. Binnen 5 minuten zit je met de taxi in Praag centrum en lopend ben je er met 15 minuten. Het hotel voorziet in alle faciliteiten die je van een Hilton hotel mag verwachten en alles is schoon en in prima staat. Het ontbijt verdient hier ook zeker een zeer positieve vermelding. Al met al zeer tevreden!

Mooie hotel, vriendelijke personeel. Zwembad en gratis parking zijn goed meegenomen. Enige nadeel: in 6 dagen kwamen ze slechts 2 keer de kamer verschonen.

Had a good stay at the Hilton in Prague, staff was helpfull and friendly and the room was nice and clean. Service was as expected, recommend for everyone who is looking for a nice stay in Prague.

Hilton gevoel gemist; te massaal
Ik heb het Hilton gevoel in dit hotel gemist. We hebben een drie pers kamer geboekt voor 2 nachten. Er waren maar 2 handdoeken aanwezig en werden niet vernieuwd voor de tweede dag. De verwarming was kapot en merkten dat ‘s nachts toen het veels te warm werd. De monteur kwam wel meteen, maar ja... het was 2 AM. Bij in- en uitchecken een lange wachttijd en niet alle desks waren bemand. Bij het ontbijt is het veel te druk en onrustig.

good location. 15 min by foot to center. good facilities for drinks/snacks/food. hotel looks good, clean and friendly staff. breakfast was very good. minus was that on christmas day breakfast was in some kind of conference room. without a christmas ambiance. during some days the swimming pool was only open in the early morning and late evening. we could use the pool in the other Hilton in Prague (center) . room was not cleaned the first day. next day we had to aks for claening in the late afternoon.

We bezochten het hotel tijdens een periode van renovatiewerken. We werden tijdens het inchecken gewaarschuwd dat dit wat lawaaihinder kon meebrengen en dat het zwembad gesloten ging zijn. We kregen evenwel onmiddellijk de optie om een ander zwembad te gebruiken. We verbleven in de nieuw gerenoveerde kamers en hebben geen last gehad van de werken. De kamers zijn netjes,voorzien van een kluisje en alle andere benodigheden. Een regendouche en een iets ruimere badkamer en toilet zou aangenaam geweest zijn.

Top Hotel onvergeetelijk!
Zeer aangenaam verblijf Top, Ik heb een probleempje in mijn kamer, duty manager heeft het direct opgelost. First the staff was rude but later on compensated with executive lounge passes. Check-in was 3pm. We came at 4pm. I requested a room with the view. the front desk lady said she'll see what she can do. Made us wait saying that room is getting cleaned. Got the keys at 4:30 assuming the room with the view was assigned. But it was not. Called the front desk and the manager was apologetic and compensated by giving the executive lounge passes.

Overpriced.... Spa kapacitet for lav ift hvor mange gæster der var. God morgenmad, men lidt cafeteriaagtigt set-up. Vi havde værelse ind i mod atriumdelen af hotellet - dårlig lydisolering... Overall en skuffelse ift prisen.

Tout juste correcte pour un hôtel 5etoiles , il n y avait vraiment rien de special , la chambre famille pour 4 est petite , , kids club fermé pratiquement tout le séjour , ouvert que le 26 , pas d’animation particulière propose pour le réveillon de noël .
