Prachtige atmosfeer en ligging vh. hotel, 👍👍😊, schitterend design , ook in de kamers. De klimatisering vd. kamer werkte niet naar behoren, geen koeling mogelijk. Het hotelpersoneel was supervriendelijk, en efficient. Geen moeite was hen teveel!👍👍👍🙂

The stay in this hotel was perfect: very comfortable and luxureous room, all amenities present. Friendly, professional staff and personalized service. Small details like the weather forecast on the napkin in the breakfast restaurant. Excellent breakfast with large buffet and free a la carte choices. This hotel is perfect for business travellers but certainly for couples. It is situated right in the center of Prague, close to the river and sights

Nice hotel close tot the city centre. Helpfull staf, clean rooms, great breakfast. Only thing I did not like was the narrow drive way tot the underground parking. We enjoyed oure stay.

We hebben een prachtige stedentrip gehad. Maximilian is een goed hotel met mooie en comfortabele kamers. Het ontbijt is geweldig en het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt centraal in de Oude Stad en alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op loopafstand.

Ruime lichte kamer , (verduistering mag beter evenals de matras) Verder niets op aan te merken ; zeer goed verzorgd ontbijt ( tot s"middags!!!), steeds koffie en thee voorzien, vriendelijk personeel....... Een perfect hotel voor een citytrip naar Praag. Ook hun website geeft al leuke info-filmpjes. Dit hotel zou ik zeker opnieuw boeken als ik terug naar Praag ga.

Vond alles perfect. Goed ontbijt goed personel in de beste locatie . Je kan oude stad met paar minutjes bereiken en de nieuwe stad mi 20 minuten lopen . Einigen minpunt op de 2de verdiping idereen had een douchbad behaleve onze kamer .

Das Hotel liegt toll und alles ist recht neu und schön gestaltet. VIP Vorteil mit kostenlosen Frühstück war nicht gegeben. Ich bin im Vorfeld schon angeschrieben worden, dass es freies Frühstück nur gibt, wenn ich über die Hotelwebseite buche. Ich war überrascht aber sie wollten mir das nicht geben. Ich habe dann Expedia informiert, dass sie die Angaben anpassen sollten, aber der Kollege hat mir dann nochmal per Mail bestätigt, dass das Frühstück für Gold Member kostenfrei wäre und er sich darum kümmere. Aber das erste beim Checkin war die Frage ob das Frühstück hinzu buchen wollte. Ich habe dann den Kollegen die Mail von Expedia geschickt und sie meinten das es dann ok wäre. Beim ersten Frühstück sollte ich dann wieder die Beleg für die Kosten abzeichnen. Also mir was das zu doof. Entweder ich mache da mit und gebe die VIP Benefits frei oder ich lasse es … Auch wenn jetzt über Ostern sicher mehr Gäste im Hotel waren: beim Frühstücken hat immer was gefehlt. Kein Brot, keine Butter, keine Gläser für Saft , keine Teller usw. Was ich aber wirklich nicht gut fand war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht ging. Im Zimmer waren es immer über 24 Grad. Auf nachfrage hiess es, dass die noch auf Winter eingestellt sei und man das so schnell nicht ändern könnte. Ich sollte das Fenster aufmachen. Habe ich gemacht aber unten haben die Gäste geraucht und ich war direkt oben drüber. Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. Aber ich würde es nicht nochmal buchen.

Lovely hotel
Our stay was brilliant, we stayed in a room on the top floor which was very spacious. Unfortunately our shower overflowed as the drain was broken which caused our room to flood into the hallway, the hotel were really quick to fix this and gave us a drinks voucher to apologise

Très bel hôtel moderne et chic, proche du centre-ville. Du cachet. Un excellent rapport qualité prix excepté pour le prix du petit déjeuner un peu élevé même si les produits servis sont d’excellente qualité. Il manque du jus d’orange frais. Le personnel de réception professionnel et rendant de très bons services.

We had a great stay at Hotel Maximilian! After an error with our reservation the first night, the staff was extremely accommodating and generous and made our stay very comfortable - complete with complimentary airport transfer, breakfasts, and spa treatments. The location of the hotel is perfect for a first time trip to Prague, and is very walkable to most major sites. We would not hesitate to book Hotel Maximilian again on future trips to Prague!
