Zeer dicht bij het stadscentrum, alles op wandelafstand. Minpuntje: lawaaierige straat waarin hotel gelegen is. Enkel maar lof voor het personeel: ondanks ‘valse start’ waren ze de vriendelijkheid zelf en werd alles op correcte wijze goedgemaakt.

Heerlijk hotel
Een heerlijk hotel op een gunstige locatie tov het centrum én station. Comfortabele bedden en goed verzorgt ontbijt. Gezellige lobby met bar. Minpuntje is wel de vloerbedekking oa in de hotelkamer, deze is echt aan vervanging toe. Verder een heerlijk verblijf gehad.

The hotel was ideally located near the town centre, close to shops, metro and restaurants. A perfect location for city trippers! We experienced a problem with the air condtioning system. Having reported this the problem was solved the same day. Perfect service and friendly staff! Recommended!!

Een koude ervaring
De verwarming werkte niet, zodat het snel koud werd op de kamer. Warm water hing af van de hoeveelheid gasten die een douche of bad namen tegelijk. bvb 31 januari bleef het water gewoon lauw. 's nachts werd het behoorlijk fris, daarom was een extra pullover nodig. We hadden maar 1 normaal dekbed, wat eigenlijk te weinig was. Op de TV hadden we een beperkte keuze aan posten, met veel nieuwszenders. Kortom, veel betaald voor weinig comfort.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, maar niet altijd heel goed op de hoogte van voorwaarden (maar het waren nog heel jonge meisjes op dat ogenblik aan de balie). Nette en ruime kamer, alles wat er nodig is. Heel goed ontbijt.

Prima hotel heel centraal gelegen. Een uitmuntend ontbijt (tegen meerprijs). Ruime kamer. Tegenvallend was de bar. Een halve liter bier kost 120 kroon. In de hele stad eigenlijk niet duurder dan 50 kroon. Zelf U Fleku was met 67 kroon ruim goedkoper.

Good location. Near public transportation and so many places to see within walking distance. Nice bar in the lobby. It’s about 1/2 block down from the main road. We always felt safe and were never bothered, but there a couple of “adult” stores and clubs on the same street.

Superb hotel in central Prague.
Everything was perfect,location, staff, room, breakfast cleaning etc. Should I have one comment is that towels were changed daily, which is not needed for a three night stay.

Booked a weekend away without the kids (very rare!) for my husband's birthday. Upgraded and booked a balcony room and bottle of fizz on arrival as a birthday surprise. The "balcony" was the width of one paving slab - nothing like the photos on the website with tables and chairs - there wasn't space! We were also given a twin room with the beds pushed together which was really uncomfortable and the bottle of fizz was supposed to be a nice surprise while to got ready to go out wasn't there. Reception said they would bring it the next day but the surprise was spoilt. As it was late and there was no drink, we dropped our bags and went out. Had a terrible night's sleep - kept crashing into each other in the gap in between the beds and noise from the street. Spoke to reception in the morning but had a very frosty response from a member of staff who really didn't care - she claimed the patio furniture was removed as it's cold (there's no space for it!) and if I wanted to change room I had a choice to pay 50 EUR per night to upgrade (again) or downgrade to a double but no refund. Chose the double room but didn't even get the complimentary water we are entitled to. The safe in the new room didn't work and the bathroom flooded. Breakfast was good if you got there early, but later on when things run out that's it (e.g. hash browns and croissant - the popular items). Really unimpressed with the service and would recommend staying elsewhere, I would never go there again.
