Gezellige kamer, leuke inrichting, fijn bed. Airco werkte niet echt, kamer bleef behoorlijk warm. Ramen konden wel open.

Modern hotel voor touren omgeving Bèrgamo
Comfortabel hotel is met veel moderne kunst stijlvol ingericht. Er zijn ook nog antieke elementen van het oorspronkelijke gebouw te zien. De locatie leent zich prima als startpunt voor uitstapjes naar Bergamo, Iseo of zelfs de prachtige thermen van San Pellegrino.

Aankomst 's avonds maar restaurant gesloten en ook bar gesloten. Ontbijt was zeer sumier ttz oud brood en weinig keuze in beleg.

Dit prachtige hotel is zeker een aanrader.Het voldeed aan al mijn verwachtingen.Het contrast met het voormalige klooster en de moderne inrichting is gewoon prachtig.Zeer vriendelijk en gedienstig personeel,zeer goede keuken,kortom alles erop en eraan.Ga zeker terug als ik in de buurt ben.

apart maar supergezellig hotel (artistiek hotel)
wij zijn er 3 nachten (4 dagen) geweest en was een goede uitvalbasis naar milaan en bergamo om te shoppen, zwembad was mooi ,rustig en schoon met genoeg ligbedden. het hotel is apart met allemaal kunstwerken en het ontbijt is subliem! zelfgemaakte cakes,taarten, brood en verder erg uitgebreidt! de vele vertrekken zijn leuk om te ontdekken in het (klooster) hotel en er is maar 1 minpuntje, de koffie bij het ontbijt ;-( bestel apart een cappucino want dit kán niet in italie :-) verder superhotel om voor terug te komen.

One night layover was enough, thankfully didn't need to stay longer. Very surprised the hotel is rated 4 stars?? You can definitely use the money better, guys. At the hotel webpage is mentioned the hotel is situated at a shopping mall, which isn't true. Hotel is its own separate building, so don't look for a shopping mall when looking for the hotel.. The bathroom in the room was ice cold and the road noise came straight in the room. Parking lot was empty when we arrived, but as we drove back from sightseeing Bergamo sights, it was so packed we were advised to leave the rental car to the parking lot of the nearby shopping mall.. (the conference that occupied all the vacant parking slots could've been mentioned when we drove out, as we did talk about the parking). Customer service assistant couldn't give advice about Bergamo sights or distances as he wasn't local.. (suggesting the old town is nearby hotel, "probably a walk away", in reality 10km one way..). Rather difficult location without a car, taxi from the hotel to the airport (15min drive) cost 40€, public transportation would've took minimum one hour.. Positive notes: building is nice and neatly decorated.

Nice boutique style hotel. Great presentation & tasty, up-market food in the restaurant but limited menu. Quiet area with not much to do in the immediate local vicinity. Stayed here ahead of flight from nearby Bergamo airport.

Fint hotell for turer med bil i regionen.
Fint hotell, og godt utgangspunkt for mange fine turer i Lombardia-regionen. Du må ha bil ettersom hotellet ligger utenfor byen, men fin parkering gratis på hotellet. Spiste lunsj på hotellet, ved bassenget flere dager, det kan anbefales. Reiste til Lake Como på dagstur, tar en time til Varenna, og dagstur til Venezia tok to timer. Milano var også en liten time unna med bil. Bergamo by, både gammel og ny, er verdt en tur.

Grossissimo problema, segnalato alla reception! La camera dichiarata per non fumatori era impregnata dì puzza da fumo sia la camera che il servizio. La cosa spiacevole era la dichiarazione all’ingresso e alla reception che riportava che le stanze venivano arieggiate per 48 ore e venivano sanificate regolarmente! Alle mie rimostranze nessuna scusa, e ciò è stato spiacevole, è solo un semplice e distaccato prima avviso la direzione poi alla mia seconda rimostranza un freddo e distaccato”se vuole le cambiamo stanza”. Molto deludente. Per correttezza ho avvisato della mia segnalazione negativa. Risposta faccia quello che vuole senza nemmeno alzare la testa dal computer. Ovviamente conto pagato!

DieUnterkunft hat sehr viele ganz tolle einzelne Räume mit einem wunderschönen Ambiente. So finden sich zum Beospiel Stühle an der Decke, unverputzte wunderschön gepflegte Wände, interessante Kunst an den Wänden und und und. Die Zimmer waren sauber im Stile eines Tagungshotels gestaltet. Mir hat das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis imponiert. Da wir nur für eine Nacht auf Durchreise waren kann ich leider nicht mehr dazu schreiben.

Très bel hôtel où nous avons séjourné une nuit. Chambre très calme. Situation géographique de l'hôtel cependant un peu éloigné d'animations, piscine intérieure n'ouvre qu'a partir du premier Octobre.

Settecento - an amazing gem!
An amazing hotel for all senses with great rooms, art work to look at in every corner inside and outdoors, wonderful staff, perfect pool area and the location of the hotel is hreat - close to a lot of places. The restaurant at Settecento is magical. Its our 2nd visit to the hotel and we have had 4 amazing dinners there. Food for all of your senses, beautyful, makes your tastebuds sing and the surroundings in the different rooms makes the whole experience fantastic.

Gentile ospite buongiorno, con la presente sono a esporle il mio dispiacere nel leggere il suo riscontro. Ci tengo a precisare a nome mio e di tutto il reparto House Keeping, che viene garantita la massima attenzione nelle fasi di pulizia e igienizzazione di ogni singola camera. Ricordo personalmente che, di fronte a una vostra segnalazione in merito alla presenza di capelli in bagno, vi abbiamo proposto un cambio camera, successivamente non accettato. Per tutta la durata del soggiorno, inoltre, avete preferito non ricevere la pulizia giornaliera, pertanto ci è stato impossibile rimediare a quanto segnalatoci. Ricordo anche che, tutto ciò che faceva parte del conteggio totale, era inerente a consumazioni effettivamente ordinate dalla stanza, in aggiunta ai due pernotti e a una penale per non aver rispettato il divieto di fumo all'interno della stanza. Nice hotel quite close to Bergamo airport. Excellent service, fantastic food and wine in the restaurant, nice pool with beds free of charge. Towel rental for cheap cost which was nice. The art installations around the hotel is eye candy ;)

Calme et chic
Un bon sejour en famille. L'hôte est décoré avec beaucoup de goût, la piscine extérieur est agreable et le personnel très sympa. Seul bémol, pas grand chise aux alentours car ZAC. Un petit coup de propreté dans les douches ne ferait pas du mal.
