Uitstekend verblijf voor een week
Mooie gerenoveerde kamer alles voorhanden, ruim genoeg, standaard Engels ontbijt, lekker eten in restaurant, vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel, verwarming in de kamer mocht iets meer zijn, WiFi niet sterk of snel

Goed eten.
Het hotel was bijlange niet compleet,nog vlug zalig gegeten wat ik niet gewoon ben in de uk.Kamer proper buiten het toilet dat niet goed gekuist was en twee kogelspinnen. Geen factuur mogelijk omdat de boeking via Expedia gegaan is. Hotel.com, ik wil een factuur! I .

Excellent one night stay....no complaints whatsoever. Spacious room, comfy bed, excellent shower. Ate in the hotel with colleagues and we were all happy with the meal and service. Good breakfast to send us on our way.

Awful hotel
Room was cold, light bulbs had blown, remote for the heating did not work. Had to pay a £25 pre authorisation fee even though I said I’d be paying for my food and meals and not booking them to my room. The £25 would then be credited back to my account 3 days after my departure!!!!!! I’m guessing it was the duty manager that I spoke to and was told “not my idea, it’s policy” she then went on to tell me that all hotels do this. Menu in the bar was different to the one in the room and had very little choice, ordered a burger with potato wedges but when my meal came it was with fries. I pointed out the error to be told “the menu is wrong and this is what it is now”. No apology. On the 2nd night the menu had changed again but even less choice. Ordered chicken with chunky chips & onion rings, it came with fries and no onion rings. I pointed this out and the food and beverage manager changed the fries for chunky chips but I was told they had run out of onion rings, I said that if the meal wasn’t complete then I shiver a reduction in the price only to be told very bluntly NO. Buffet style breakfast was like warm at best with little choice. Bar staff were good and help but the management are terrible and unhelpful. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS.

The rooms were nice and included an iron and iron board. Breakfast was lovely but there was no fruit on offer. However, when i asked for some, it was brought out to me.

Moder, clean, value for money
The hotel is a 15 minute drive from the centre of preston.... the lobby is modern and clean and the reception staff friendly. Our room was a good size freshly painted and clean, free wifi a bonus. We were disappointed to find the restaurant and fitness suite closed when we arrived, we should have been informed before we got there as we planned on using these facilities and the main reason we chose the hotel. There was no milk with the coffee making facilities and sparsely stocked coffee/tea. The breakfast was delicious.... buffet style, hot and fresh and the restaurant is lovely and staff friendly and helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay, value for money and booked again for Christmas time, hopefully all facilities will be open then.

Great location
Met friends from Chelmsford for a visit to meet more friends at Preston. The hotel was in a very central place to get to all the local amenities by a short taxi ride.

I have stayed here a few times. The staff are friendly and the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and big tv . The food is very good. Great value for money
