'everything was as depicted in listing. beautiful historical house, with gorgeous hardwood floors! great communication with gracious host Catherine. my husband enjoyed staying at your house while visiting our daughter, a mobile resident. pictures did not do the house justice, every little need was met. beautifully furnished. the only thing was the pretty bathtub sides were almost too tall for me to step over, im 5'4" and my husband helped me to step over the high sides, a handhold would be nice...

'It’s a very nice house located right between the beach and the downtown (20 min drive either way). It worked perfectly for us as we had events scheduled in downtown and also wanted to get to the beach. The house has everything we needed. Washer and dryer were very handy. The house has a good size pool too, but the water was a bit murky and the kids were afraid of alligators, so we didn’t use it ( didn’t really had time to). Good neighborhood, grocery store is about 5 min drive.'

'Was the first time to rent a house instead of a hotel room. We enjoyed everyone being in the same place together instead of 2 hotel rooms. Was in the area to visit a friend. Location was just 4 minutes from his house! Everything was nice. We do like our place on the cooler temperature side and the ac was not quite what we are use to but we made it do. Would probably do it again when visiting. Thanks!'

'We were in town for our youngest daughter’s graduation at South. This home had perfect proximity to downtown where we had most of our meals and gatherings. It is also easy to hop on the interstate and get to campus. The house is well equipped and very clean. Our older daughter and her husband who were also with us enjoyed their morning jog through the historic district. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!'

'I had to come to town for something unfortunate.My stay reminded me of an old town feel from when I was a child. Old big oaks azalea bushes and the wet smell of oak leaves from the rains. The home is very nice and cozy and decorated with class. The front porch with a rocker was a nice relaxing touch. Best of all I have fibromyalgia and hurt in most beds. I felt like I was in my own, and didn't suffer. Thank you for making this home available.'

'Convenient for our family get together. Family travelled from Diamondhead MS and Gulf Breeze Fl. We wanted to go to TopGolf and it was just 15 minutes from the property. Having four bedrooms at a reasonable price was much appreciated. The huge flatscreen TVs in 3 of the bedrooms was fantastic! We enjoyed our stay.'

'This is a very unique and exquisite property overlooking Mobile Bay in the absolute best neighborhood near all major roads and attractions. All bedrooms have full baths. One bedroom/bathroom suite is located upstairs on the opposite side of the house and has the most incredible elevated views of the bay. The upstairs screened in porch provide a wonderful sitting area with unbelievable views. The house is large and our family of 3 adults and 2 kids were able to have privacy while being together....

'We rented for my family for my daughter's wedding in Fairhope. The bridal party got dressed, makeup and hair and it was perfect. It is well stocked and the living areas and front porch were so comfortable. Everyone loved being there.'

'Such an incredible stay. I brought my daughter for a short weekend the mobile for a dance competition. Our stay was so relaxing and I felt very safe in the house. It is very close to all of the downtown fun and just far enough to get some peace and quiet. We will def be back!!!!'

'If we could give Lucia Bleu 6 stars, we would. Katy and Jeremy are incredible hosts! There was nothing they didn’t think of when it came to making us feel welcome. The cottage was the perfect size, decor was clean and comfortable. Cottage chic doesn’t begin to describe it. The location was so convenient to downtown and walking along the bay. A wonderful stay and we hope to return!'
