'We had an enjoyable stay on the houseboat. The bed was comfortable, and the accommodations had everything we needed. We even made spaghetti the first night for dinner since we arrived later than planned. 'Get away from the hustle and bustle of Williamsburg and stay here! A very seamless and quick (free) car ferry ride across the James to get to Busch Gardens and Jamestown. This place is great for families. There is even a basketball hoops the kids enjoyed! Lots of space to move and very quiet and serene. We tried 2/3 restaurants in town, both good. Neighbors were friendly and lots of charm. Amanda was fabulous to work with during our stay.'

'My husband has three sisters and one nephew who live in the Richmond area. The property was very convenient and comfortable and extremely clean. 'This property is great for relaxing if you want a quiet getaway.It's in a rural area but only 25 minutes to the city.It's very clean and fully equipped.
