'This was a perfect place to stay for the weekend as we were in town for a soccer tournament. Very close to downtown but far enough away so it was quiet and very convenient to all the highways as well. Christian made it a very easy check in process and was in communication with us before our arrival as well as checking in after we got there to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future when we come back to Richmond! Thanks for a great weekend stay!'

'We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, cheery and comfortable and close to everything we needed. 6 min walk to the Convention Center. The only negative really is the first impression from the street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible from a private parking lot beside the building and up a big set of wooden stairs. 'We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...

'Does not reply to messages at all……. Check-in time was 3pm. Had not received any info about checking in at 1pm. Customer service reached out to help and couldn’t make contact either. At 3pm I called customer service back and after 30 mins with them , host finally responded with property was unavailable…. Host could have cancelled but didn’t …… VRBO customer service was very helpful in this situation.. Thanks to them…..'

'Cleanliness was outstanding; we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the water bottles and the wine; excellent soap/hair products; very appealing decor; the bed was very comfortable, especially when we used the additional mattress pad.
