'We had a family funeral in Provo and this townhouse was perfect! Clean, roomy, well supplied, comfortable, our 2 daughters and their families joined us and were thrilled with everything. The bunk room was perfect for the 3 grandkids. Location was so close to groceries, we just walked. Easy access to I15, everything in good shape'

'I called VRBO and the owner on April 18th to cancel my reservation. The owner was very kind and asked if everyone was okay. I told her my sister was unable to make it. VRBO told me that I had called in time to receive a full refund. They have since emailed me and said that since there was no proof that i had called to cancel, I would not get a refund. This is not correct! Please check with the owner and recheck your records and you will see that I did, in fact, call and cancel on April 18th,...

'The location is definitely prime - view of lake & small pond across the street. The house is nicely appointed and clean. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Overhead fans in each bedroom were appreciated. The only drawback was that both bathrooms were upstairs - no powder room on first floor. That got uncomfortable for us older folks. It would be a good thing to point this out in the property description. Older folks would appreciate knowing this fact. We enjoyed our time staying...

It was perfectly located to where we were attending a retreat. Close to restaurants, etc. Well decorated, felt like home. Well equipped. If we could give 6 stars we would. 'Spent Mother's Day weekend at the cabin and we could not be happier. The house is as advertised; clean, calming and perfect for our quick weekend away. We could walk to Sundance for dinner, sat in the hot tub mornings and nights and just enjoyed the sound of the river. We will be back without doubt.'
