'I booked this 2 days, maybe 3, in advance. The property never sent me a confirmation. Nothing. I arrived in Puerto Natales and took a taxi to the property. They never heard of me. Wouldn't let me in. I had to scramble to book another hotel, on the spot, for more money. This booking was "unrefundable". So, I'm out for 4 nights of payment and got NOTHING FOR IT. I will NEVER book a VRBO on Orbitz or Expedia again. What a horrible experience. '

'A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme?
