It is new and nice decorated two bedroom house. It warmed up when we arrived. It was very nice. The owner was very kind and friendly. She made us feel like at home. There was a kitchen. It was nice. The location was convient to grocery store or restaraunts.

This was a pleasant and convenient place to stay. But the most important factor that I have rated it so highly is the care and attention provided by the owner, Sarah. Sarah was a font of local information, she communicated well with her guests and bent over backwards to make sure her guests were comfortable and had a wonderful visit to Puenta Arenas. She really made the stay memiorable and if I return to Puenta Arenas I will definately stay at this property. Thank you

I had a wonderful stay, Sarah was warm and welcoming and nothing was a bother. The unit was super clean and warm and the bed extremely comfortable. The location was close to everything all within walking distance. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Great little flat in Punta Arenas.
It is excellently located, close to the main square. Many restaurants and shops close by. Newly renewed/built accommodation. The owners are amazing.

Fantastic stay! Sarah and Rodrigo are so helpful and informative. Very close to the port and good restaurants. Very quiet and comfortable rooms with everything you need. Sarah helped me immensely with arranging my treks. Just a perfect stay.

Sarah and Rodrigo were great hosts! The communicated with us right from the beginning asking if we have any special needs which we did because my mom was 81 and she needed a first floor. The accommodations were perfect for our needs. Quaint and rustic. With modern amenities like a great shower! Great location - walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores & the center. Sarah was fabulous with recommendations of local things to do and help us connect. Originally from Chicago, a marathon runner and now a Chilena, their story is great! If you're ever in Punta Arenas you'll have no worries staying at Magellanicus Rustic Suites!

Amazing place with amazing people
My family and I had the wonderful opportunity to stay at the Rustic Suites. We met the proprietors, Sara and Rodrigo. Such fantastic people with a passion for Patagonia. They have an amazing place. We wish we could’ve stayed here longer.

Amazing Place to Stay! Look no further!
Amazing location and hosts. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Puntas Arenas look no further. Property was modern, beautiful and clean. Excellent format for travelers who need space for multiple people. Could not recommend this location more. Host helped navigate the city and we were able to find some great food thanks to her! Also reccomended fun activity's while we were in town. 11/10 from me.

We had an excellent stay at Magellanicus Rustic Suites. Sarah and Rodrigo are excellent hosts and very knowledgeable of the area. They compiled an excellent guidebook for Punta Arenas with awesome reccomendations of things to do, where to eat etc. They have undertaken great care of renovating the property, which features beautiful handmade furniture and textiles. The suite was clean, well appointed and the kitchenette was very useful for not having to dine out for every meal during our stay. We would definetly stay here again!
