We loved the cleanliness, the beautiful landscaping, the beach with all its coconut trees. We didn't like the fact that the hotel feels like a shopping mall in the U.S. We went there expecting to see an authentic environment, but walking around stores selling the same brands you see in the U.S. with the elevator music everywhere including the restaurants was really disappointing. No live Dominican music, or recorded music either.

Rooms did not disappoint. The kids loved it. We had access to a small balcony on both sides. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the dining options also. Food was delicious. We got to do different activities such as bowling, pools and much more there. We had an amazing!

A beautiful property. So amazing and awesome!!! The ONLY critique I have is the alcohol drinks were so watery and I could never get a proper frozen drink. As someone who love daiquiris and piña coladas- every single one of them was not frozen and very watery which does suck because you pay for an all inclusive for the drinks and food and couldn’t get a good drink. But I would stay here again.

Food wasn’t very good. Hostess at French restaurant was rude. The front desk booked us for the wrong day for dinner. Had to come back 3 times to check in, then a 4th to ask for the free bottle of rum they promised and they never delivered it (despite promising the next day). Beautiful resort and area. Most of the staff was very polite.

The property was nice. With exception of the staff at Hoyo 19 the service at restaurants was terrible. The dining options were almost impossible to get unless you wanted to eat dinner at 10:40pm or later. The buffet food was never fresh and extremely overcooked. Zero chance I would go back or recommend this property.

The property needs to simplify check-in experience. It was terrible for us, just terrible - complete chaos. As a VIP guest, this was not acceptable. I had 2 kids with me and we waited in line for about 1.5 hrs on Tuesday afternoon. The staff simply doesn't have enough workstations or not trained. The service at buffet was not good too - the girls are too busy and can't even bring glasses or napkins. Food and drinks were good but service was not great. Most staff do NOT speak good English (Buffet or Reception). They really need to learn English to serve global guests

The property was amazing. The resort is large but they have a trolly that you can take. The food is buffet style with a wide selection. The only time we felt was an inconvenience was when the pool towls ran out, so i suggest to bring your own if you don't want to be stuck without one ( it can sometimes get a bit chilly toward the night). Staff was friendly. Overall I had a wonderful time at this resort.

The burgers wore terrible, staff broked my luggage and had to ask for room towels 3 times on 3 different occasions. Other than that place is beautiful, buffet is great and beach and pools wore beautiful.

The only thing I like was the entertainment these guys keep hotel alive , specially Deivi and Lismel they made ua feel like a family !! What we didn’t like is that our room had cockroaches it was terrible saving to switch rooms in the middle of the night to another room with cockroaches .

This property was great - had so many amenities we were able to do during our stay, both indoor and outdoor! Plenty of space to hangout at the beach or pool. Spa was fabulous. Food overall very good and staff was attentive. Only complaint was the golf course staff - we had an 830 reservation and they did not get us on the course until 1030, very inconvenient.
