4e keer en nog steeds heel tevreden
Dit was ons vierde verblijf in dit hotel. We merken nog steeds vernieuwing, renovatie en grondig onderhoud van het resort wat er op wijst dat het hotel "gezond" is. Voor de rest: we zouden geen 4 keer in 5 jaar terugkeren als we niet tevreden waren en blijven.

The property was wonderful. It connects to the Secrets hotel which is a beautiful hotel also. It was very clean. The people were friendly. The food was good. I had a wonderful time at the karaoke bar and the night club, and even the water slide pool. I did not love the night shows because it was too American, lots of old school rock and sad songs. I would’ve like to see more of a Dominican cultural show.

I paid extra money to stay in the preferred side once i arrived and we had no a/c and no running water for 2 days. I traveled with 2 kids and it was difficult, i went to the lobby where Cesar the manager was disrespectful and said to my husband i was complaining. I asked to switch my room and get a refund on the extra i had paid to be on the preferred and their solution was to give me another room for one night and go back to my original room because they were all booked. Buffet food was full of flys and not appealing. The maid was amazing i’ll give them that. She was very sweet and even brought my kids chocolate covered strawberries to the room. Other than that do not recommend.

Check in was horrible, they didnt give us the room that we reserved/paid for ( swim out) and we had to stay 1 night in reguloar room then next day pack again and move rooms, super annoying!!! Staff super slow- to eat lunch at cafe Seaside Grill we waited sitting at the table 1.5hr and STILL left without lunch thats how slow annoying it was, food quality VERY poor, resort is beautiful BUT I will NEVER return.

Did not like the food selection. Didn't like the fact that you could not use the entire facility if you were not a preferred member, this was not explained to us. Its advertised as having all these restaurants but cant use them. We were never given a tour or a map of where facilities were located! Did not like all the CONSTANT sales pitches for excersions. Instead of offering classes on Spanish speaking, maybe you should offer English lessons to your employees since a majority of your business comes from English speaking customers. But, the place is beautiful. Staff was very nice, of what we could understand

We booked a room with one king bed, and two book double bed. After complaining that we only had one king bed, we receive a roll in bed. We had one kid sleeping in bed with us one kid sleeping on the rollout bed after three days I discovered the room next-door to ours was also supposed to be ours. The hostel staff seemed very surprised that we didn’t have keys to it, and had no idea that the room next-door was also ours, in addition to this when you arrive, nobody tells you how to hotel works where to find towels what restaurants there are what time are open they tell you to use the app the app has the wrong hours and does not allow you to order room service our room keys have stopped working every single day at least once a day. With all the choices of hotels, I would try somewhere else.

We were there with our 5 year old grandson. It was perfect for him. The new waterpark is open for kids. The resort is quiet and a nice size. The vibe is very relaxing. The service around the pool is great, especially if you tip well. Our butler Roberto was helpful when we reached out to him but with 30 families per butler, we didn't see him unless we asked for something or ran into him. We are used to the butler service at Sandals, and this didn't compare. I'm really not sure you need a butler at this resort. There are not a lot of beach chairs around the pools, but lots of chairs on the beach. They do a good job of cleaning up the seaweed. Unfortunately, it was too windy and the water was too rough to play in the ocean. The only complaint is that the water in the room taps is not potable, so you have to be careful to brush your teeth with bottled water.

This resort exceeded our expectations! Pool was clean and nice, staff were friendly and prompt, beach was pretty and there were water sports like parasailing and tubing available during the day for a small fee. Dining had options for everyone. Nightly entertainment was a cool added bonus and the sister resort, Secrets, had a casino for late night entertainment. Would highly recommend this place!

The staff were great, Albert at the swim up bar was amazing! The food was not great and took u till the 2nd last day to figure out where to order. I did not enjoy the food. Although it was seasoned, we received almost all of our meals cold or luke warm. The one meal we did receive that was hot, was scorched throughout. I thought our "butler" couks have been more attentive to our needs. I did enjoy the cleanliness of the facilities and the ambience of the resort.
