Het eten en service zijn top en vooral Felix bij strand was super behulpzaam en de jongens van entertainment. Min punt is dat de zee veel water golvend is en beetje vies van de algen maar wel mooie witte zand en dat houd ik van.

Fijn hotel aan het strand. Goede sfeer.
Hotel ligt dicht bij de luchthaven. Wij kwamen laat aan maar een goede ontvangst en er was nog een bar open waar we ook nog wat frietjes kregen. We waren ook zeer te spreken oven het personeel, allemaal heel vriendelijke en stonden altijd voor ons klaar. We misten een kussen voor het 3e bed , maar die werd direct gebracht. De wifi was redelijk, er waren wel wat stroringen maar het was het extra geld wel waard, op het hele complex wifi. Wij hebben alleen gebruik gemaakt van het buffet omdat mijn dochter niet alles lust. Maar dat was geen probleem want die was goed. Elke keer weer een verrassing wat er was. Wij zijn ook een keer naar het hotel ernaast geweest ,daar mag je ok kosteloos gebruik van maken. Maar adults only is ons ook wel goed bevallen, alhoewel de Amerikanen zeker zoveel lawaai maken als kinderen!! Bedden op het strand waren ook prima en met bediening. Er wordt geklaagd over het zeewier dat er is, maar op ons stukje strand wordt er hard aan gewerkt om het daar schoon te houden. Geef het personeel wel eens een fooitje dat doet echt wel wat. Kamers prima, goede airco en balkon. De sfeer is erg goed. Door de kleur van de gebouwen krijg je een mooie sfeer en dan al die palmbomen erbij maakt het echt af. Met andere woorden een super plekje

A great hotel with super friendly staff
The hotel is great and renovated all over. They have a great pool with a poolbar and a clean private beach. The staff is very friendly and they have a great amusing animation team. We had a great 13 days and wish we could have stayed longer.

I wish I could have had a better stay at this property, staff needs training, it seems like everyone is lost there. The customer service is awful, I had to change rooms due to a noisy A/C no one apologized, next room fridge wasn't working and it was never fixed after I called, the room key did not work at least 4 times and had to go be replaced... In restaurants staff is very rude, do not expect manners from the employees, to be honest I was astonished this is the very first time this happens to me in any resort. Also if you are young and trying to have a good time do not go here, there is no music in the pool or fun activities, entertainers do not entertain anyone. Only decent thing was the food.

First time in this resort and the reason why we book is because it is small and by reading other reviews it met our expectations. I enjoyed how quiet and relaxing our experience was… for guests that want the party theme can go to the sister resort but the resort itself also has games and music in the pool area . The food variety was good…there is something for everyone. Our room was always clean with fresh towels and mini fridge filled up. The staff is amazing! Hard working people , always with a smile and ready to make our stay comfortable. We will be going back.

The rooms really need to be updated and the Buffay food was the same day after day and was not served hot. But the beach is beautiful and the grounds themselves are kept very nice. I enjoyed my time there. It’s my second time there.

The food at the Italian restaurant was under cook, the pasta was rubbery. The food at the steakhouse, I had baby back ribs, was a little tough, the corn was overcooked and dry, no bread was served, there was chips. The only sweet red wine you had, I had to purchase. The restaurant at beach was my savior.

Good place for short vacations. Beautiful beach. Staff is good but they can improve. Animations we're ok. Food was good If you are looking for traditional Dominican food, they do not have a variety of it. Is a All Inclusive hotel but the room service is not included. You have to pay for it. Rooms are comfortable but AC is not that good. Pool close at 6pm but they have party every day in the lobby area. Drinks are good. Good place to stay

I have stayed at other all inclusive resorts in Punta, Cana, and this one is not up to par with the other ones. The property has seen better days and some things are in disrepair in the guest rooms and on the property generally. I could not use the Jacuzzi in my room because the faucet was an extremely slow cold water trickle. The steps on the ladders going into the pool are loose and wobbly, and an accident waiting to happen. This is something simple that would be an easy fix. Some of the staff give it their all, but it is clear that others have just given up. The place is in need of an overhaul. The food was probably the biggest disappointment. I’m not a picky eater, but I was having trouble finding appealing options at the resort restaurants. Also notice that unless you pay $175 on arrival, you will not have access to the full restaurant menus or to the premium lounge cabanas on the beach. For example, an actual steak is going to cost you an additional $50-$75. Nightlife is pretty tame and usually ends early. The whole place dies at 11pm. I would not return.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The food is excellent but the rooms are bit dated. It is small and fun for a personal experience. It is an ideal location for adults who are looking for relaxing vacation. The sister property is where you will find the big party. It was exactly what I was looking for.

This is a smaller hotel, which made it easy to walk and reach alll the amenities without hopping on a trolley. It is excellent for older adults. The food was excellent and, most of all the staff was excellent, warm and very welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for those who want to relax, avoid loud music at night and spend days in front of a beautiful beach feeling the cool breeze or the warm sun. For additional pay, there’s a lot of activities that are available for those who want nature experiences and fun or getting to know the country. Our experience with the hotel was excellent and we would definitely return and recommend.

Staff was excellent!! Very nice and helpful! A/C is room did not work properly -- stayed around 25C even when set at 13C. Food at Steakhouse, Italian, and Fondue restaurants was excellent, served fresh and hot. However, everyone our party's biggest complaint was "luke warm" food at buffet and Seafood restaurant. Definitely recommend serving hot food at buffet.

Beautifully kept grounds, great and friendly service, well kept and beautiful beach and pool. The only drawback was the food. The buffet was on the small side and not a huge variety. There were only 3 a la carte restaurants on site, which did not need reservations. Sister resorts next door had a better buffet and more a la carte restaurants but they were not easily accessible. You must take a golf cart ride to get there. The adults only was not as updated as the other sister properties. All in all, we had a great time.

The property needs a lot of maintenance.. Internet is not available in the rooms, which is not indicated when you book and is very inconvenient. Even in common areas where internet is available it is very slow. Cleanness is not super good. In general the facility should be much better serviced. At the pool for example there was no one to even help u get an umbrella or take an order from u. On the other hand entertainment at night was quite nice and diverse.

Hotel is nice but the food is gross I was 2 days and both days same food on the buffet adding that food was salty most of stuff spicy adding that Patrick the buffet súper iros was aggressive verbally with me very nasty poor customer service and ethics

The property was terrific, and the ocean was amazing. However, the staff was not very friendly, except for a few of the bartenders. The drinks were awful, and the food was mediocre. There was no opportunity to pay for top-shelf liquor, and what was used, Classical, was terrible. I expected the staff to be friendlier, but they were at times very dismissive and not very helpful. The room and the property were fantastic. Access to the beach was terrific except you have to go down early to secure chairs because of the other people, but the pool was always open if you did not make it to the ocean.

Perfectly quiet and relaxed. Room was nice and clean with a large jacuzzi. Beach is quite clean with private security so no one harassed us. Food in the buffet ranged from ok to excellent. Food in the dine-in restaurants was so-so, but we didn't try everything. Most service people were amazing, some were a little rude but it didn't distract us from having a great time.
