The services of the hotel were out of any quality. The staff was occasionally present and most of the time the entrance door to the hotel was locked. There were difficulties even to open the external door. Many things didn't work properly - the bed side lamp, TV, coffee machine, etc. No cleaning of the room during four days. The worst thing was that the front desk staff was very rude. Upon arriving at the hotel we were told that the breakfast is not included in the price of the hotel room. THIS WAS A LIE! Only after presenting a written copy of the hotel reservation where it was clearly said "FREE BREAKFAST" the guy in the reception gave us four breakfast vouches for the whole period of our accommodation to the restaurant next to the hotel. After two days there was a new surprise! The breakfast restaurant was closed in the beginning of the week and we were not able to to use two of our vouchers. After complaints the hotel compensated the unused breakfasts but the refund was only half of the real value of the breakfasts! How EXPEDIA can offer such a hotel on their internet pages? Le plus aimé: le lit etait confortable. Moins aimé: 1) service à la clientèle peu proactif on avait l'impression de déranger, et personne quand on est parti (on a dû laisser la clé pres du comptoir). 2) on etait dans la chambre 1 près de la porte, très bruyant et trop lumineux, on sest fait réveiller par des clients qui cognaient a la porte d'entrée comme des forcenés vers 2h du matin et on entendait tous ceux qui rentrent dans le bâtiment. très faible sentiment d'intimité qui pouvait créer de l'insécurité. Impossible de changer de chambre quand on a demandé.

Service d'accueil est de base, nous avions une très petite chambre, mais tout était propre et fonctionnel. Parfait pour une nuit dans quartier exceptionnel de Québec. Bon prix avec un excellent déjeuner compris au restorant voisin.

La situation de cet établissement est idéal ! La chambre était propre et correcte. Malheureusement le petit déjeuner n’a pas été honoré par manque de staff, nous n’avons été informé de cela qu’à notre arrivée. Peu de personnel pour prétendre avoir une réelle réception.

Excellent location! Staff were good but not always available at reception as it is a small hotel. The room I had was quite small, but perfect for a solo traveller (I don't know if all the rooms are that size). It was clean. There had been some updates but shows some wear. I would recommend it if you prioritize good location and cleanliness at a good price. No bells and whistles, but I stayed 3 nights during Carnaval and was happy staying here. Oh! No elevator.. and most rooms are up at least one flight of stairs so be aware depending on your luggage situation.

Upon our arrival, the front clerk was not totally friendly, the bed are a bit hard. The hotel is nicely located within the old QUEBEC.

This hotel is a Gem, the rooms are very clean, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and has everything you need, the reception are is clean and organized, the Staff is very charismatic and helpful, the hotel is very well located, I highly recommend this hotel!

Estoy muy molesta porque me clonaron mi tarjeta en este hotel, me llego un cargo a mi tarjeta con la que pague el hotel, de un restaurante/hotel que estaba frente al hotel. He metido el reclamo al banco, pero por ser en el extranjero no me han solucionado. La reservación del hotel Sagamite que me cobran, yo ya ni siquiera estaba en Quebec y tengo mis boletos de avión que lo comprueban.

Good location, proximity to restaurants and amenities, the room it self was clean (apart from ants in the bathroom) and nice, the beds creek so much is impossible to sleep, the neighbours' conversations can be heard through the walls, is a nice place if you do not mind not sleeping, the best part about it is the breakfast option we opt for breakfast included and it was AMAZING, the little restaurant Sagame is next door, the voucher included breakfast and a hot beverage or you can upgrade and use the voucher towards your choice of à la carte, is a reg breakfast eggs toast meat, fruit, potatoes coffee or tea. Great hot delicious breakfast was worth the squeaky bed.

Like many properties in the Old City, parking does not come included -- and that's fine; you just have to know that going in. Apart from that, the location is fantastic with tons of sights, restaurants, and shopping steps away. Very walkable. Great Wi-Fi, too. I enjoyed my stay!

The room was relatively clean but run down. There was no closet or dresser to hang up clothing only a three hooked coat rack and a chair. There was nowhere to put our suitcases. I asked the woman at the desk if they had a suitcase stand we could take up to our room and she just stared at me confused and said that "We don't have those"? I was very surprised that this is a hotel that doesn't have suitcase stands, a closet or dressers? With it being Winter it was difficult to manage our coats and extra clothing without a hanging space, dresser or suitcase stand. They also didn't replenish toiletries or clean glasses so there was an overflowing sm garbage can and dirty glasses and coffee cups that had never been changed out for the duration of our four day stay. We had a great time in Quebec but I'm sorry to say our hotel was a bit of a disappointment. It could be a great place with a little bit of work. I wish them the best.

Les 3 étoiles sont seulement pour l'emplacement de l'hôtel qui est à distance de marche de tous les attraits du coin. Sinon, la qualité de l'hôtel laisse à désirer ouff.. Les murs semblent en carton côté insonorisation. Nous avions la chambre collée sur la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble, horrible!!!! Le froid rentrait sous la porte, j'ai dû mettre des serviettes pour bloquer l'air. Extrêmement bruyant avec le va-et-vient de l'entrée. Le lit de très mauvaise qualité et craque sans cesse. Beaucoup de poussière sur le plancher, la balayeuse semble ne pas avoir été faite depuis des mois. Bref, à éviter si vous voulez ne serait-ce qu'un peu de qualité.

Great stay
Checking in is directly at the Hotel and NOT where it’s mentioned on the Hotels.com confirmation. Call the hotel to confirm. Room was nice and clean with a small fridge and coffee maker. Stairs are to be expected. The hotel is very well located on the main street just inside the city walls. The only thing i would change is the emergency exit sign located INSIDE the room itself.
