Check-in is hopeloos. Kreeg geen toegangscode vantevoren enkel bericht 2 uur voor Inchecken dat ze nog creditcard gegevens nodig hadden. (Alles was al betaald overigens). Maar ja..... onderweg natuurlijk geen internet en dat had ik ze tevoren laten weten. Parking bij accommodatie was er niet, enkel parkeerterreinen in de buurt. Daar hadden ze prepaid plek geregeld. Ze stuurden ons alleen naar verkeerde terrein. Bij elkaar 2 uur bezig geweest om binnen te komen. Appartement is fantastisch! Twee ruime slaapkamers, grote bedden met ieder eigen ruime badkamer. Allemaal even nieuw en netjes. Er is alleen wel bouwterrein naast op zo'n 10 meter afstand waar om 6 uur 's ochtends de herrie begint. Ligging heel centraal op loopafstand van alles.

Nice area, quiet, right next to the gallery street which we loved, only 5-10 min to main attractions. However, u cannot leave ur luggage for early arrival and/or after check-out and in order to do so, u need to go to the bldg where they have the reception and uber costs you around $12 per single way.

This was a clean, well-equipped, large flat decorated attractively and situated close to the Old Port. This was reflected in the expensive price. However, the mattress was too small for the bed, leaving the frame sticking out at ankle level. This created a trap that I hit during the night, giving a nasty cut. The hotel operates without a receptionist with the access code being emailed. This was not obvious on the Expedia advert. However, even though I had phoned our credit card details that morning, an email didn’t arrive (and still hasn’t) and I had to make several phone calls to chase without success. Eventually, Laethicia admitted she had been sending details to the wrong address and so she texted the code. The code gave us access to the building but not to the room. With no reception we searched the building for help. After some time, we discovered a cleaner who kindly opened the door when we discovered the flat in the text was in fact occupied by someone else. The cleaner couldn’t help and so she disappeared. After some time, we found another member of staff who couldn’t help and so went off to investigate. After further delay it became clear that the text gave the wrong room number. We received no instructions on the flat or its operation. We never managed to get the TV to work as there were no instructions.

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment in Les Lofts. Modern and clean with brick features. Wish I had known there was a washer/dryer unit in the hall at no charge. Would have brought detergent tabs. Bathroom amenities were great . You should know there are a few uphill climbs to get up to Old Quebec. The lofts are at the port. Museum of Cilvisation was around the corner and had an amazing First Nations exhibit and great snack/lunch option on site. The Lofts will not disappoint.

I was trying to call them to ask some clarifications but no one answered left message but no response resulted me to get charged for extra room and charged me $500 for both if i could reached them i should not be charged extra. They only accommodated me on the day of my reservation and took us more than an hour before we got check in. We are not happy and will not come back again.

Vraiment un endroit impec. Petits bémols: l'éclairage de notre unité était un peu trop fort (pas de possibilité de jouer avec la force des lumières dans la cuisine) et l'eau n'est pas bien bonne au goût. Ce ne sont que de bien maigres insatisfactions, car c'est vraiment un endroit bien équipé et charmant.

I booked a two-bedroom apartment with king beds. It was very spacious and cozy equipped with many amenities to make you feel like home. The location was in a quiet area where I needed to walk uphill a little bit to the center of Quebec old town and reached the Chateau Le Frontenac within about 10-15 minutes. There was no parking onsite, so I had to pay for a public parking lot nearby which was about 3 minutes away. Because the check-in process was contactless, you needed to provide the credid card information to them online separately before arrival in order to get the access code to the property although I booked through Expedia where this information was already provided. This was the process that I felt a bit unsafe. Anyway, everything went well without any issues during my stay.

The property was very nice and clean and in a great location. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short because I had a death in the family and the management would not allow me to reschedule our trip to another time. I understand their policy but it was a last minute event and some flexibility would have been appreciated. I would probably stay elsewhere if I ever go back to Quebec, and as a travel agent I would advise my clients of what I experienced.

The loft was described has having a view on the Parc. Not only was there no view of a parc but all windows had a view on active construction sites and a commercial garage door. Being on the first floor we had to keep the curtains closed throughout the stay because workers and passers-by can see all the interior of the accommodation.

Good place to stay in general but the king bed was not a king bed and had a odd shape, very large but to short for a average man. Night table light beside the bed had the worst glacial light bulb i have ever seen, like a blue low beam on a car. This room is the first one at the building entrance door, so its noisy sometimes.

Gem of a place
We were very pleasantly surprised at how awesome this place was. Looks and feels like a brand new place. It had a fully equipped kitchen. The bed with very comfortable. The bedroom had really cute lamps shaped like lanterns. The living room was just perfect. Wifi and TV worked perfectly as expected. And the price was amazing. The low price and the great photos was what made us a little suspicious of the place at first. I'm glad we were not disappointed. The check-in process was a little strange because even though we had booked this place through hotels.com and had paid in full before we arrived, we were not let into the building until they had another credit card on file for extra charges. It was annoying that I was made to stand out in the cold in the street and give my credit card number loudly over an intercom to the other person before being let into the building (not the actual apartment). The location is great - right across from the Museum of Civilization and right in the heart of Old Quebec. Very walkable to lots of touristy places. Lots of great restaurants within a stone's throw. The only caveat was that there were no grocery places close by. So, even though there was a full kitchen we couldn't really make use of anything because there was nothing to cook. Since it had a full kitchen, I don't see why they couldn't keep a tin of coffee powder so that we could make coffee in the morning. That would have been very nice. Something to improve upon.

Great stay
Once you get over the fact that no one will greet you, this story is nice. The mini apartments are not very homey- no rugs or throw pillows, etc. but, lots of room and great location.

Il y a eu un problème avec le paiement. Par erreur ils ont pris le paiement pour un autre en plus du mien et en plus du dépôt de $300. Ça faisait plus de $1200 gelé sur ma carte de crédit. On m’a avoué l’erreur et on m’a dit que ça prendrait 10-15 jours pour être corrigé. Communication claire. Pas d’excuses. Pas de compensation.

Apartment was very clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Parking was about a block away. The apartment needed a few things that I have seen at every other place that I have stayed: there were no paper towels or sponges to wipe up counters or table, or even wipe your hands when eating. We were only there 1 night, so didn't plan on going to a store for these things. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.

Endroit impeccable, parfait. Lits confortables, salles de bain pour chaque chambre, avec espace suffisant pour disposer ses effets personnels. Bel espace salon/cuisinette, électroménagers spacieux et vaisselle incluse. La totale! Nous recommandons!
