'This is our second time staying here and it was as perfect as we remembered it. Such a nice space to gather the family and celebrate my daughter’s FSU graduation. 'I brought my son to FSU to check out the campus before committing. This was a great place to stay. It was tucked away and quiet, clean, comfy beds, and everything we needed. We could drive to campus in less than five minutes and it was a straight shot back and forth for easy navigating. Communication was great and we will be back! Loved this place!'

'Huge condo! Great space! My daughter graduated with an MBA from FSU this past Friday and we wanted to stay in a bigger space than a hotel room. This condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a huge kitchen and living room. The only drawback is finding out where the front door was -- the listing did not say that the condo is on the 2nd floor, the parking space is behind the next door restaurant's back porch and the front door is on the street side in-between the restaurant front door and the...

'Cute decor and clean inside. Beds were comfy. No issues, just wish the parking lot and grounds were maintained better...lots of trash.'

'Make sure you bring some type of streaming stick if you want to watch tv in the main room. We checked-in on Thanksgiving and there was no way to watch football. Luckily, we were able to get a Roku from the Walgreens that was open on the holiday. The place was clean, but the neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Overall, we had a good time and would stay there again.'

'Beautiful condo, and surprisingly quiet despite the partying graduate university students in the area since it was university housing. It was very clean, nice furniture and well stocked on the inside, but we did find a large dead roach in the bedroom we slept in, which is the only reason I gave four stars instead of five. It's possible that they recently sprayed for them and that's why it was there, but I hopefully next time the cleaning crew will double check the property before a guest stay.'

'Great location within the city, spacious villa. The surrounding neighborhood could've been better but we didn't have any issues with neighbors. 'Parking for 3 vehicles off street was a plus. The bedrooms were large with plenty of sleeping areas. It was great having so many bathrooms available for us all to get ready at the same time. Backyard fenced in to provide privacy from the neighbors. 'We took our two grandkids with us for a trip during spring break. So glad we decided to stay at the Cozy Bluegill Cottage. The cottage is located on a private lot. We especially loved the coffee bar, hot tub, and gorgeous fireplace. The grandkids loved the fairy garden and the complementary snack box. The host is very gracious.'

'Unique bilevel home. The shower downstairs in the out house setting is so relaxing that I am getting one for my home. Unique pieces of furniture throughout. The outdoors is peaceful, relaxing with three tiers of sitting places and 1 picnic area with two grills. Absolutely will want to rent again.'
