Hi Md Hasib, we once again apologize for the inconvenience. Bedbugs can be found at any hotel regardless of cleanses of the room as they are brought in by previous guests. Since you didn't get any bite we offered you full refund even though you used the room about 6 hours so you could use that money to freshly sleep at a different property(also you don't have to drive back to Calgary). We did it because even if you get a different room from us, it can still impact your anxiety so we chose your peace of mind over our profit. It was our 3rd case that bedbug found in our rooms since 2018. Unlike othertimes, there was only one bedbug on the bed found in the entire room and there was no signs anywhere. The expert is thinking that you're the one who brought the bedbug because the room was empty for 2 weeks before you check-in and if it was there for 2 weeks it should leave some dark spots. We're not too sure where you had been before check-in but hopefully you didn't bring new friends to your home.
