'Check in was easy, we arrived a little early and the host was gracious enough to allow us entry. Very clean, fully stocked in all the rooms, especially the kitchen which had no detail or item overlooked. We like to cook our own meals so having a kitchen is very important; and it was excellent. Very quiet neighborhood as well. So pleased with this experience, way better than any hotel stay. We are so grateful .'

'I would definitely come back and stay. Coffee was provided along with a bottle of wine to welcome us. We should have offered to share the wine so we could have had her personal recommendations and info about places to eat and things to see. Mary Helen seemed very nice and personable. I think her family has quite a history with the town.'

'The property is very roomy and cozy. The host was very attentive and welcoming. There was homemade brownies for us to enjoy upon arrival, which was a sweet touch. The central location is perfect as mostly everything was a short driving distance away. The only downside is that it is a busy street with lots of traffic noise. The wind chimes in the backyard do a great job of drowning out some of that. The hot tub was fantastic!'

'For us this was an extremely short 36 hour turnaround trip. My husband and I live in Texas we found a kitten that was hit by car and nursed it back to health. My brother drove from California to adopt it. This was a perfect halfway point for both of us. So much better to rent a house than have to stay in a hotel or motel. It was cute, comfy and easy to find. No complaints on our end!!! For future renters, there's one bathroom and it is in one of the bedrooms. This was not an issue for us, but...

'We booked this house for a weekend wedding. 3 family couples and 1 child. The location is easily accessible and in a nice neighborhood. We were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of the home.
