'Stayed at the house for a week with a large group of friends for a bachelor party. The house had everything you need and everything works. There is a nice view and the pool out back is decently shaded by a sun cover. 'Emerald Seas was everything we wanted for our Memorial Day weekend getaway with our friends! We brought our boat so the location was perfect. Shawn (the host) was very responsive and even helped us with fishing/snorkeling recommendations for our day on the boat. The house was very clean and the deck has a beautiful view of the water. 'So glad we stayed here! It is exactly what I was looking for. A unique way to visit Key West. It was nice to open the hatches and have a nice breeze and great view of the stars.
