'we had a warm welcome from the owners before we even got the car on the drive the accommodation is spotless and all the equipment is like new we could not have been more happy. You get milk bread butter and a bottle of wine the essentials!! We had very happy stay and we would recommend to any one wishing to stay in the isle of man'

'Overall a very nice house to stay in, although a lot of stairs. Everything worked as it should but the downstairs loung seemed cold with no apparent means of warming it up other than the log burner. The TV in that lounge is placed quite high on the wall leading to a spot on neck ache. The TV in the to bedroom has a remote control that I didnt manage figure out in the five days we were there. Being asked to put out the bin on the Friday was acceptable as that when they were collected but I do...

'Extremely roomy and well-appointed, very comfortable stay in a great location, just a few minutes from the ferry so great for walkers. Bus stop on the block, great transportation around the island. Enjoyed the view, excellent kitchen facilities, Marks & Spencer just a couple blocks away. Would definitely recommend for value for money. '

'A very pleasing stay the only downside was the 4 flight's of stairs to get to the room. The toilet seat was loose and a few things in the rooms needing improving like the kitchen lino that wasn't laid properly but above all a nice hotel with great views of Douglas Harbour.'

'Beautifully decorated. Overlooks Snaefell and hosts' extensive garden. Cycling distance from local shop in Andreas. Very tranquil sitting on the balcony listening to the birdsong. Only detrimental comments would be, the sofa is very very soft and there was a lack of a pint glass for my partner pour a cold lager into. So, very minor and not criticisms, just commenting. Would love to return.'

'We found the property spacious and well equipped. The view was amazing and we enjoyed watching boats come and go as well as the trams. Lovely pub down the road in the Terminus Tavern. We felt that the publicity photo of the house was a bit misleading in that it hides the very busy road that goes right part the front door of the house. This was loud and made access very difficult particularly with a young child. But overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.'

'Very overpriced. We were traveling with a group of 7 so we booked 2 exact apartments in the same building. Vrbo charged me more than our friends paid. They booked through Expedia. I will never use Vrbo again. The owner then charged me more money when we arrived, after the final online payment was made. He stated we didn’t pay for enough people, The apt sleep 7 we had 3 ppl in ours. Explain that? Pictures online were from another much nicer location (catfished). Very unclean. Cheap furniture...
