'My husband and I spent Friday through Sunday in this rental. It was absolutely lovely. The house was spotless, full of amenities, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. When we weren't exploring Julian or Anza Borrego, we spent time in the house playing games, watching movies, eating, and relaxing in the hot tub. 'The La Paz Adobe home was definitely peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Close to some great trails in Anza Borrego State Park, as well as stores and restaurants in Borrego Springs. The window tracks need to be cleaned out and maybe lubricated so they can open easy. All of them are hard to open due to built-up dirt. 'I needed a place to process the final stages of my divorce, and the Magical Retreat was just what I needed. The energy of the place is filled with love, it’s vibrant, and has lots of natural light with the numerous windows. Beautifully decorated with positive messages throughout. The outdoor space was amazing with cute fairy doors, a labyrinth, and more. Jill accommodated my request to extend my stay. I will definitely be going back this summer.'
