'Such a wonderful place for family and friends to get together! We had a surprise graduation gathering for my daughter and everyone loved the place and the various activities. The horses and mini donkeys were so sweet! The place is spacious, well-maintained, and so peaceful!!! I would highly recommend staying here!!!'

'The property was very nice, quiet setting, peaceful and the house was the perfect size for my husband and I. Tanya was great. She meant us the first day which was nice. 'Peaceful time with an amazing view at a very spacious ranch home. There were horses all around. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and caught and released bass and perch. There was a peach tree with ripe peaches. We had easy access back to Sherman, Texas and then anywhere nearby from there.'

'We were in town for a wedding in nearby Celeste, TX. This was a convenient location for us. The house is great! It’s newly remodeled and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower in the primary suite is amazing! The town of Leonard itself doesn’t have much to offer. Plan on bringing food to cook or driving a ways to eat at a restaurant. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience!'

'The owners were very nice people but simply overwhelmed with the process. I believe they once had an assistant that helped them on VBRO that quit. We could not get the host to respond to our messages and we had no check in instructions until we called VBRO HQ at 5 pm the actual day of check in. The bottom knob on the front door was still locked when we arrived and we had to call again for a key. The back yard was nothing but a bare muddy pit. There were no extra paper towels and no tissues and...

'We stayed here while visiting family in Bells. The home is wonderful and has many welcoming touches like farm fresh eggs! Everything was spotless and comfortable and made for an easy visit. Also, for those with babies, the master closet is huge and fits a pack and play :) The hosts were lovely and we look forward to returning next time we visit. Thanks Shannon!'
