'We booked 2 nights at the last minute. The location to the beach was perfect and condo was walking distance also to a well stocked store. Check in was very easy . Owner Brendan was very quick to respond when I had a question about check in and our overall experience was very pleasant. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware , utensils , glasses ,Etc. Overall this was a very comfortable accommodation. We would not hesitate to rent here again'

'Our stay was wonderful at this Oceanfront condo. The property was very clean and a perfect set up for a family with kids. It rained during our stay but we were able to enjoy the views on the balcony while our little ones napped. It was so convenient to go out to the beach when the weather was nice and pop back in when it started raining! It was very close to Freshfields village which was conventient. We would happily stay here again to enjoy the calmness and beauty of Kiawah!'

'The only issue we had with the property was that it had multiple steps to gain entry. When we booked we were under the impression that there was only 2 steps but upon arrival we found we had 2 then another 5-6 to get to the unit. The challenge was that my wife was in a wheel chair and that was a challenge. Once inside she could navigate pretty well but coming in and out of the unit was not what we had expected. There are a few updates that were needed like frig with rust on the out side of it...

'The most important thing to us was being right on the ocean. The condo worked for us. However, it shows its age, especially on the deck or balcony, which needs new furniture.'

'The condo unit is peaceful and has delicate and tasteful furnishings. It is best suited for one or two adults, but not children. It was clean and even though a middle unit, it still had adequate natural light. I enjoyed my stay there.'

'We liked the gated community for safety. Beds were comfortable. We were told there was a coffee maker but never found one. Also slats on queen bed kept falling off the bed frame. He house worked well for 4 adults. comfortable sofa and lots of tv's.'

'Property was very clean and comfortable. We had an extremely difficult year so we wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we got. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to relax and decompress. The ocean was too cold for swimming. It would have been over the top with access to a heated pool but still a wonderful place to stay.'

'The unite was very nice and well stocked with towels and bedding. The only thing we found that needs attention was the air ducts need to be cleaned some had mold on them and the one in master bed room was not working. But over all a very nice stay will most definably use you again.'

'My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived.'

It turned out we were in a great area with lots of delicious dining options and a short walk from King Street which is the Main Street in Charleston. We walked everywhere. We would totally recommend and would come back if we visit Charleston again. '
