'Clean and friendly staff'

'We really liked this property. The only drawback is that we reserved a room on a higher floor looking out at the village but they gave us a room on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool? When I inquired, they told me they were booked solid so they couldn't give us the room we reserved originally. Seemed odd. Regardless, we still had a great time at The Landmark. 'Very nice restoration of an old home! Very well appointed, well cared for and very, very clean! A little tricky to park two cars in front without encroaching on the neighbors. Would've appreciated a reading lamp in the 1st bedroom. Location wonderful for walking through the town. So impressed with the near by museums! Found beautiful hikes within half hour drive from Leadville. '

'Loved that every one had their own space. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to make it walkable to Main Street. The yard is partially fenced but tiny, the kids are not able to stay and play in a fenced area. No satellite service and only one television. These are the only reasons I did not give 5 stars for me. But overall a lovely and comfortable home. Loved it and we had a great stay! '
