'The property was pretty clean but the inside needs maintanence. Doors don’t close, not enough pots and pans, dirty curtains, loose legs on the kitchen table, fire place didn’t work, broken light bulbs, the outside wasn’t bad except that the road desperately needs to be replaced. The potholes are huge!! Staff was nice but the sign said to check in on the other side and the door was padlocked shut. It wasn’t easy to know what that meant. They should have said a more direct location. I had to call...

'We were in the area for a baseball tournament at West VA University. This was a great, quiet, peaceful location!'

'This was a fun and unique place to stay at. It was all on one floor primarily so there wasn't a need to climb the spiral staircase, thankfully. The hot tub was perfect and the beds were comfy.'

'Girls belated Mother's day get away. All over 21and just the girls. We had a wonderful time, little minor hiccups which i messaged owner, he called me in less then 5 minutes or me reaching out. All was taking care of immediately. Cabin was clean, very well equipped, inside beautiful and spacious. Outside beautiful, needed mowed but weather had made that delayed. It was mowed while we were there, which was not a problem. So we got to use the yard too. Hot tub was great. Needed a little lore water...

'This is an adorable clean cottage with good amenities. Located near Suncrest shopping center that has all kinds of shops and eateries plus a large grocery store. The only negatives (but not enough to change my rating) the roads to get to house are like back alleys that are wide enough for one car. Plus there is very little lawn for outside activities, but two great porches.'

'We needed a place for a few days/nights so that our family could be close and together while my wife had surgery at Ruby Memorial. The location fit our needs well. It gave us a temporary home base away from home that helped our kids have some normalcy and fun while mom was going through a hard time.'

'Lovely home and property. We were thrilled with the quality of the home and cleanliness. The owner had the kitchen really well stocked and we made good use of the charcuterie board. Loved the outdoors and had all of our meals outside and then enjoyed a fire in the solo fire pit. Hope to return when the waterfall is turned on!'

'Quiet and peaceful location in a wonderful community with lake and small beach close to it. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and gym facilities. The vicinity to deep creek and wisp is about 25 mins so it was perfect to avoid commercial crowds while still be able to do all the activities our group wanted.
