'The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent variety throughout the week. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I wish the temperature control worked better. It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working...

'It is a good hotel. Some renovations, brighter lighting, more ventilation would really make it an excellent hotel as the staff are excellent! The manager is the best and the most accommodating! She will do anything to make your stay comfortable! I am so thankful to the manager for making a difference and going the extra mile! Thank you kindly! We need more people like you! Forever grateful to you!'

'I like that the tvs use the same satellite box we use at home. Always great when I can operate the tv and find the channels I like. The front desk agent was very friendly. Check-in was easy. '
