'Beautiful place to stay. Fantastic staff who can't do enough to help guests. The grounds are beautiful and everything is kept exceptionally clean. Breakfast is fantastic.'

Dirty bathroom (dust, paint flakes, tooth paste (!)), dusty bedroom, broken appliances (airco control panel loose from the wall, tap loose from the sink).
