'What a beautiful alternative to the $550/pr night at the Renaissance or Graduate. Check in and entry were flawless, Kevin was responsive and allowed us access early as my son had an exam and not available until 5pm. We walked to PC when the sun came out which was great. Next time I would get a rental car (due to Ubers availably) as we are learning the area and like to explore. Beautiful space!'

'Such a lovely space and great location! Clean, gorgeous view, well-appointed. We could walk nearly everywhere we wanted to go…shopping, coffee, food, sightseeing. Five adults in town for a friend’s wedding. Everyone had their own space for sleeping, getting ready for the wedding events, etc. Great kitchen. Really nice to have parking in the building.'

'We just arrived back from a weekend in Newport at this property. The location is fantastic - close enough to walk to all the things but not right in the heat of the tourist area so a bit quieter. We had an issue with a toilet on arrival - it wasn't flushing - but the hosts responded quickly and the gentleman that came to fix it was quick and really sweet. Parking was a huge plus and makes this location that much more appealing! The only real negative was that the floors had clearly not been...

Property management was extremely attentive, and even allowed us to check-in a little early! They were so nice and accommodating. The loft was also beautiful! 'Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Steve was very communicative and answered questions right away. As previously reviewed, it is the top apartment in a building that has two other units. It's a lot of stairs, but they were wide, had railings, and had skid-proof flooring. We stayed on a chilly weekend in April, and the heat worked well. 'My family and I had a great weekend stay in this clean and stylish apartment located in the heart of Newport! It was exactly as pictured and there was plenty of space for us to relax while also giving us easy access to explore the town on foot. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TV loaded with streaming apps was a great feature. The parking was critical for us as we were traveling with a carful of kid/baby gear - but as some others have noted, others in the neighborhood have a tendency...
