'Overall we enjoyed our stay! The master bedroom doesn't get the best A/C airflow so it took a while to get to sleep at night but it was comfortable and roomy. The cabin is remote and quiet which was one of our main goals! We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed ourselves. Only downside is we did not see in the listing anywhere that said the pool wasn't open yet which was one of the reasons we chose this property. The owner's explanation made sense and they were very responsive and professional.'

'Very quite place way back from noise and business of city life. We were very busy with what we were doing but the campground around us looked peaceful. The cabin seemed newly built and had new furnishings. The only thing that was missing was a normal sized shower. The shower was very tiny and for the money it was overpriced. Other than that it was a good deal. '

'My family and I absolutely loved this VRBO. If I was younger (I’m now retired) and needed an apartment, this is EXACTLY what I would be looking for. The bedroom with the pink accents was my favorite. Very clean, nice neighborhood, felt safe. Would definitely love to stay here again if I’m in the area. One thing….i am short, 5’ tall, perhaps a small stepping stool to get onto the beds would be a nice touch.'

'This cabin is perfect! Quiet, peaceful and super clean. It was fully stocked with everything anyone could need and also coveniently located close to town. Communication from the owner was fantastic! I'm a big Mothman/cryptid fan so I absolutely loved all the decor.'

'This is a great place to stay with friends or family. Jean was so nice and responsive. The entire property is beautiful. The views from the deck are amazing and we say Bluebirds! I cannot say enough positive comments about this home. It's close to Athens through the winding hills. Beautiful part of Ohio. We will be back!'

'The home was nicely furnished with three living room areas, a complete kitchen with every thing you need, four bedrooms with comfortable bedding, three full bathrooms and linens supplied. We very much enjoyed the party house right on the river and the adjacent fire pit with comfortable benches. The driveway to the home is steep but very negotiable for cars and motorcycles. We enjoyed the time so much we are considering coming back next year.'

'We waited a little late to make our reservation for the festival in Ashland KY and had an hour drive both ways. Turned out to be very fortuitous! We loved the property! Wonderful accommodations! Nice three room upstairs apartment in an old historic house by the river. Clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of fun history in the small town of Point Pleasant. Don’t miss The Mothman statue and museum!'
